Holly Coffee — Restaurant in Seoul

Horrible service. Just one young male staff working in the store. He was busy clearing tables and washing cutlery and shouted at us to use the self-service kiosk.

After we ordered, he didn’t even bother making our coffee or heating up the food until I went to check with him. Don’t understand what is the point of the self-order machine when it’s not followed up upon.

He also refused to answer me when I spoke English to him and said he only speaks Korean. 😒😒 Worst service I’ve experienced in Seoul when people are generally polite. And according to his tag, he’s the manager.

My cappuccino was cold (and I ordered a hot cappuccino). I took a croissant and it was taken from the fridge and cold. I kindly asked if it was possible to warm it up (they have a microwave just there) and the guy was very rude and said NO.
