Katsu Omoi Hongdae — Restaurant in Seoul

Beautiful Tonkatsu restaurant. An older couple is running this place that only serves deep fried sirloin and tenderloin pork. The guy is the chef while the wife is helping with the dishes and preparation. The big open kitchen only offers about 12 seats at a time. And the process is very meticulous. 우선 카와카츠, 헤키, 최강금, 콘반등의 돈까스와 비교할 급의 돈까스 집은 아닙니다. 그보다 확실히 낮습니다. 정돈과 비슷하거나 그 이하입니다.

장점 : 인테리어 분위기, 음식 이쁨 사진용으로 굳 연세가 있으신 셰프님이 친절하심. 좌석에 물티슈, 유자와 참깨드레싱, 히말라야 소금, 후추, 명이나물 등 다양하게 구비되어 있음.

단점 : 음식점의 가장 중요한 맛이 없음. 고기가 기름진게 없고 질김 미디움 웰던 구분 의미없음. 튀김옷 느낌 이상함. 또한 두 조각인가 힘줄정리 안되있어서 앞니로 못먹고 어금니로 끊어먹음.
