Mahina Vegan Table — Restaurant in Seoul

We had the cherry blossom special menu for roundabout 140€ per person and I am sorry to say that it was not good. Besides the fact that the courses weren't tasty, also the concept was not really thought through and the ingredients were repetitive. Lots of thing were used too much and the portions were way too big, as every course was on the heavier side. It felt a little bit like someone wanted to create a sophisticated menu but couldn't follow through with the execution. Even the ice cream tasted bad and it seemed as if it wasn't mixed well enough so it felt very chewy while eating. The single courses didn't fit well together and we were sorry to pay that much money for that kind of quality. The place however is really nice and the room looks very tasteful. The restaurant's atmosphere is really nice, and the waiter serves quickly. The ambiance is more elegant than you'd expect from the outside; you get surprised! The food is really good, tasted, colored, fresh! We loved it! but I have to mention that the most surprising part was when we reserved on December 31st to celebrate New Year's Eve, and suddenly, around 9 PM, they approached our table saying they would close in 30 minutes, without even asking if we wanted anything else, etc. That was shocking—the way it happened, without previous advice, and by 9:30 PM, they were turning off the lights and kicking us out (there were only 3 or 4 tables that day). Went there for dinner on Saturday at 2pm and was amazed at how good the food was. I had the fake chicken burger and my friend had the fake beef burger and we loved them. I've been to many vegan restaurants in Seoul, but this was one of the best. It was quiet, maybe because it was 2pm, but I felt the need to write a cool review so hopefully they will get more customers.
