저는 영등포 지점 맥도날드 직원들에 대해 불만을 제기하고 싶습니다. 한국을 깊이 존경하고 제 나라의 맥도날드 서비스에 항상 감명받은 여행자로서, 이 지점에서 받은 무례한 대우에 매우 실망했습니다. 점장은 우리가 무료 버거를 요구하는 것처럼 대했습니다. 우리는 공항 셔틀을 잡기 위해 급하게 있었고, 버스가 곧 도착할 거라고 직원들에게 알렸습니다; 그들은 단 3분이 걸릴 거라고 확신했습니다. 그러나 약속한 시간보다 더 기다린 후, 우리가 주문을 재촉할 때 점장은 기다리라고 소리치며 음식을 부주의하게 카운터에 던졌습니다. 이러한 비전문성과 서비스 마인드 부족은 특히 고객 응대 역할에서는 용납될 수 없습니다. 좀 더 공손하고 존중하는 의사소통이 이루어졌으면 합니다.

I want to file a complaint against the staff at the McDonald's Yeongdeungpo branch. As a traveler who deeply appreciates Korea and has always been impressed by McDonald's service in my own country, I was dismayed by the rude treatment we received at this location. Quick service in a busy urban location. Staff were very courteous. Food was good, although the temperature and texture of the fries suggested they had been sitting for a while before being served.
