Where do I even begin? From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was taken aback by the stunning interior everything is modern, minimalistic, and sparkling clean. It’s clear they paid close attention to both design and comfort, creating an atmosphere that feels both upscale and welcoming.

Right as I entered, I was greeted warmly by the staff, which set the tone for the rest of the evening. If you’re planning to visit, do yourself a favor and request a window seat. The view paired with the presentation of each dish? Absolutely magical. It elevates the whole dining experience in a way that’s hard to put into words.

One thing I really appreciated was how the staff explained that their menu changes seasonally roughly two to three times a year. So what I had might be totally different from what you’ll have. That adds a level of excitement and uniqueness that makes you want to come back just to see what’s new.

The food itself is a creative and balanced fusion of Korean and other global cuisines. Every dish brought something familiar with a twist, and the flavors were thoughtful and refined. And here's the kicker: I usually hate dessert, but their dessert? Mind-blowing. Not overly sweet, just perfect. The flavor and texture literally exploded in my mouth. If you’ve ever watched Food Wars, you know exactly what I’m talking about ,minus the dramatic slow-mo, of course 😂.

All in all, this place isn’t just about eating, it’s about experiencing food. From start to finish, it...

Truly an exceptional experience, it hits all the good spots of taste; food, view, style and people.

If you want to taste exciting new ideas on a plate, you are at the best place: mish mash combines the Great Korean staple foods with a European twist. Comforting traditional food meets modern times, which is really the answer to todays people.

You can see that the chef really has put some thought into creating the dishes, they harmonise well together. The staff also takes their time to explain each dish so you can find out more about it.

I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at this restaurant while trying out the creations. Here you can come with your date or friends or even alone. The view from above to the palace gardens and roof will ground you, while the dishes will excite your taste buds. It’s a clean, sleek place yet full of warmth. The wooden interior really reminds me of both old and new times. The space is developed well, each table has some privacy from another table due to the space in between. You see that they care about each dining experience, so that the customer will be satisfied and have tasted something amazing and at least one...

A Hidden Gem of Korean-European Fusion Cuisine

I first stumbled upon this restaurant by accident during the Covid era, and it has since become my go-to spot for special occasions. The chef and owner personally greeted us, which made the experience even more special. The food is a wonderful blend of Korean and European flavors, and while the menu is limited in choices, every dish has been exceptional. My guests and I always find ourselves eager to return.

The ambiance adds to the charm—dining in the setting of a traditional Korean house truly enhances the experience. Highly recommend for those looking for unique and delicious...

Exceptional Culinary Experience! I recently dined at Mishmash Fine Dining, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and attentive staff made me feel welcome. Each dish was a perfect blend of creativity and flavor, reflecting the chef’s dedication to high-quality ingredients and innovative techniques. The tasting menu was thoughtfully curated, showcasing a range of flavors that delighted the palate with every course. The presentation of the dishes was also impressive—like works of art that were as beautiful as they were delicious. I look forward to returning soon!

This restaurant was recommended by several friends who visit Seoul often. We managed to make an online reservation for dinner on Sunday night. We ordered the Mishmash Chef menu, comprising of three small dishes (seasonal salad, aubergine and fried pickles) one big dish (Porky pork), Garlic Gamasot Rice and dessert. We also added the beef short ribs which was very tender. Service is a bit slow between dishes. Food in the end was quite a lot and we could finish the pork. Quality of food is interesting fusion of Danish and Korea.
