I visited this cafe 9 years ago with my then fiancée. The cozy ambiance and home-baked pastries made for a wonderful and memorable experience. Unfortunately, my fiancée passed away due to cancer a few years ago. I was able to come to Seoul for business and decided to return to this café because of the memories we shared here. I was on my way to the palace and somehow stumbled upon this little café. Alex, our barista, was very patient with my attempts of speaking Korean and explained to me his local Korean pastry they made in-house. This cafe combines my fandom of Studio Ghibli and hi-fi audio. The owner and his wife seems to have travelled alot and have a rich & almost-dreamy style applied to their little coffee shop. Everywhere you look you will find tastefully curated knick knacks, loudspeakers, figures, lamps. Great place to have a quality barista coffee in a cozy...
