Starbucks Reserve Starfield Coex Mall — Restaurant in Seoul

The absolute worst service Starbucks I've ever visited! I walked in without expectations and saw that they had a unique menu, so I decided to order their bestseller in venti size. When I received my order, I noticed that they had mistakenly given me lots of ice when I had requested low ice. The staff proceeded to remove the ice from my drink, but he did it so so lackadaisically that half my drink was gone by the time he was done. I thought he would refill the drink again to close to the top as other places typically would, but he did not, so I requested for him to address the issue. He proceeded to remake the drink, which turned out to be just one spoonful of taro and half a cup of milk. When I realized that it's again only half the cup, I asked about why I ordered a Venti but only got half a cup. The staff just said " this is Starbucks Korea". When he was responding to me, he ended up spilling the drink over. Instead of making me a new one, he just refilled the same cup again, added two ice cubes and closed the cap with frustration before I can say anything else. Disappointing. Given the place is in such a high tourist traffic location (in the middle of starfield library), I would've expected Starbucks to have had better training for their staff in terms of service and English...

The worst Starbucks store ever i visited. I went there to enjoy/feel the season as that Starbucks is one of the few special stores with decorations for Halloween in Seoul. However, every Halloween seasonal drinks were sold out (even cakes too!) and every my order seems not correctly taken. I orderd two frappuchinos without whipping creams and a hot americano, but i got two frappuchinos with full of whipping creams even chocolate on top and ice americano. The store was too crowded and some tables were left with leftovers and empty cups... it was very disappointing experience. (The only good thing was... getting some good...

I recently visited the Starbucks located inside the mall and had a good experience overall. The location inside the mall tends to make it very crowded, especially during peak hours, which can be a bit overwhelming.

I tried their ice shaken hazelnut, which was absolutely amazing – the flavor was rich and refreshing. I also had the melon frappe, which was a delightful treat.

Despite the crowd, the quality of the drinks and the efficiency of the staff made the visit worthwhile. I would recommend this Starbucks for its excellent beverages, even if the bustling location can be...
