I understand this store was quite busy and crowded, but I shouldn't have dealt with that attitude(from the employee) for $10 coffee. Even if it's good tasting coffee, I don't want to get a drink from an employee who has dead eyes.

It looks nice and the coffee is decent, but overall it is incredibly loud and stale inside. It felt like the place echoed and amplified noise. Hard to talk, which is the point of a coffee place inside a Convention Center.

Lovely place with cosy lighting and beautifully made cappuccino. It can get very crowdy during lunch time so best to avoid it and go earlier. Prices are on the higher end but well worth it when you taste their coffee.

Whenever I am around this area (COEX), I try to grab a cup here. I got the Iced Latte here today and am happy with what I got. No choice of beans but well roasted profile, with good balance. Would come here again.

Some shortcomings: -no alt-dairy options (not even soy). Maybe this will take time to become more mainstream here in Korea -limited options on bakery/snacks. I never felt tempted to try their cakes, baked goods and they donโ€™t seem to refresh their...

I am bias. This branch is my recharge zone and I love the filter coffee and the cakes here. It gets crowded very easily but you can still get a seat if you wait awhile or visit during their off peak times. Lately, i feel that there has been afew inconsistencies that resulted in the coffee notes not coming out well. I hope this...

Tried the pecan pie, tiramisu and coffee because of the high reviews but it was pretty bad. The pecan pie was not fresh and hard while the tiramisu was soggy.
