ummd — Restaurant in Seoul

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ummd, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exquisite meal.

Food: We started with a beautifully presented dish that looked almost too good to eat (photo attached). The flavors were well-balanced, with each ingredient complementing the others perfectly. The dessert was a masterpiece—smooth, creamy, and with just the right amount of sweetness, topped with a crunchy caramel garnish that added a delightful texture.

The main course was equally impressive. The sandwich was bursting with flavor, with a perfect combination of fresh ingredients and a tangy sauce that brought everything together. The salad was crisp and fresh, with roasted potatoes adding a hearty touch. The dressing was light but flavorful, enhancing the natural taste of the greens without overpowering them.

Service: The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations that suited our tastes perfectly.

Drinks: Our iced coffees were the perfect accompaniment to the meal, refreshing and well-brewed. The drink selection was diverse, catering to different preferences.

Overall: Ummd is a gem in Korea’s dining scene. The attention to detail in both the food and service made for a memorable dining experience. Whether you’re a local or a tourist, I highly recommend visiting Ummd for a meal that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you wanting to return.

런치 식사했습니다.트러플 스파게티,웜그린,봉골라파스타,에그 스크램블,에너자이저,에스프레소 쉐이크,프렌치 토스트주문했습니다 대표메뉴주문했고 너무맛없었어요 무엇보다서비스가 최악이였어요 목재 인테리어는 푸근한분위기였지만 테이블에 벨도없고 아무리 불러도 오시지도 않고 테이블에 냅킨과 물티슈가 없어서 요청드렸는데 까먹으셔서 다시 요청드리는것도 오시지 않아서 기다려야하고 모델같은 비쥬얼이셨지 센스나 일머리 하나도없어서 너무답답했습니다 식사를 하고 디저트로 토스트를 주문했는데 테이블에 놓을공간이 없었어요 이미 식사는 다했는데 디저트를 놓을공간이 없으면 테이블부터 치워주셔야하는거 아닌가요? 치워달라 말씀드리면서 저희가 그릇을 모아서 드리니 그제서야 디저트 놓아주시면서 음식 그릇만 치워주셨어요 식사하던 앞접시는 그대로 놓고 말이죠. 먹던 음식 덕지덕지 뭍어있고 식사한 숟가락엔 파스타찌꺼기와 오일, 음식물이 있는데 디저트 식기를 주실생각이 전혀안드시나봅니다 식기정리부탁드리니 테이블에서 수저와포크를 막집어들더군요 조심성없이 집으셔서 수저에있던 파스타오일이 테이블과 바닥에 줄줄샜고 제 음료에도 들어갔습니다.화가났지만 분위기망칠까봐 참았습니다. 식기를 가져가셨으면 디저트 식기를 주셔야죠 안주시더라구요 그래서 디저트 식기를 요청드리려 서버분을 불렀더니 정말 늦게 오십니다 하실거 다~하시고 오셨어요 주문받고 음식 서빙한후에 오셨습니다. 오셔서 디저트 식기달라 말씀드리니 그때는 바로 가져다 주시더군요 서비스교육 시급합니다. 적잖이 충격적이였어요 재방문은 절때 안합니다. 웜그린은 노란소스가 달달하니 특이하고 채소와 토스트등 음식들과 잘어울렸습니다 맛있게먹었어요 에그스크램블은 이것역시 토스트가있었어요 위에 에그스크램블 무슨맛인지 네맛도내맛도아니고 맛대가리없었어요 토스트와도 안어울리고 스크램블 맛없게하기도 쉽지않은데 이건 남겼습니다. 트러플파스타는 이게 제일맛있었어요 꾸덕한 트러플파스타 소스도 맛있고 포크가 계속가더라구요 봉골레파스타는 파스타먹다가 어금니부서지는줄알았습니다 돌이 있었어요 이가 너무아팠고 일행도 입에서 돌씹는소리 들을정도였어요 봉골레 해감 제대로하셔야죠 파스타먹다 병원가게생겼어요. 파스타도 난해하고 봉골레 파스타맛없었습니다 그냥 생 밀가루씹어먹는것같았어요 남겼습니다 디저트로 프랜치토스트는 토스트빵이 통밀빵같고 특이했어요 소스는 달았구요 아이스크림을 직접만들어 특별하다하셨는데 그냥 시중에 파는 바닐라아이스크림 맛이였구요 맛있었습니다 토스트빵만 특이했어요 에스프레소쉐이크는 바나나 쉐이크에 커피향이 나고 특이한맛인데 달달하고맛있었어요 에너자이저는 그냥 오렌지,생강,당근 착즙 주스맛입니다 불만족스러운것...
