Waryeo Sushi est un restaurant intimiste près du Starfield Shopping Mall, à l'étage au fond de la coursive, comme un endroit secret... On se sent privilégiée dès l'arrivée et bien accueillie. Puis boissons et poissons sont servis, presque un par un, présenté par le chef qui nous parle de leur origine... L'ensemble du repas est présenté comme une histoire et les saveurs sont de plus en plus agréables ou étonnantes voire fondantes, pour finir sur une petite note sucrée au yuzu. Un vrai plaisir!
