Nice location, but borderline scam value drinks and very rude slow service.

Unfriendly waitress, took ages to get the menu. One of the drinks we received (tequila sunrise) was wayyy too transparent and truly tasted like half water and half orange juice. What is that even? Nothing like any tequlia sunrise we ever tasted before. Usually, we avoid complaining because its too much hassle. But this was SO bad that we complained and had another drink made which was slightly better at most. On top, they seemed upset and were very rude about our very reasonable complaint. If they tried tasting it themselves, I'm sure none of them would ever want to drink that, nevermind pay the price for that! We both tasted the drink and agreed that it was made very very badly, honestly I don't think I've ever had a worse "cocktail" ever 😥

When watching the drink get remade, it became apparent that they are mixing whatever cheap stuff they have to taste kind of similar to the advertised drink, and not actually using the proper ingredients that are listed on the menu! Wow! False advertisement and wrong ingredient listed, essentially.

We didnt want to bother so we simply paid and left. Though we should have just not consumed the drink at all (we had waited for over an hour and were very thirsty). The price is not only wrong for such a badly made drink but even if I received such a drink 100% free then I normally wouldn't drink it. How can they get away with that?

I can only assume that the only reason this place stays open is because of the location with ocean view, relying on unaware tourists passing by who are looking for a drink and dont know better. Total tourist...

Beachside location, where we spent a couple of early afternoon hours reading. It could have been a good experience; interesting reptilian sculpture in front and a talented guitarist playing for part of the time. The place is spoiled by poor service. THE WORST we have experienced anywhere in a long time. Five bar staff seemed to be employed, and on the fine afternoon we visited there were in total about the same number of couples and small groups of customers. After twenty minutes or so we succeeded in placing a drinks order, two cocktails took about the same length of time to appear; with an apology for delay. One member of staff seemed to be charged with attracting new clients from outside - he appeared uncommitted and dismally unsuccessful. Two of the bar staff appeared to do no work whatsoever, just engaging in self obsessed conversation between themselves. One of the other two had no customer focus at all. We eventually managed to place a second drinks order, but left without any start being made on producing them - again an apology was forthcoming. The staff need a good shake up - or replacement. There is no shortage of better places to tarry nearby...

The location is fantastic, coffee was great, delicious ice cream. BUT the staff is terrible. Scary to communicate with, in fact. Whatever you ask of them, they either ignore or shout at you. It really makes me not want to come back ever, since I feel like I am not welcome there. Waited for Ice cream for 15 minutes, when the staff member came, we were screamed at and told that we’re inpatient, rude, disrespectful, and that we do not understand that “she is a woman and works since the morning for 10 hours”. I love staff workers and treat them with absolute respect, since I work at customer service too, but this was completely shocking experience. Moreover, coffee in the morning was brought cold, due to the priority of picking up empty dishes and tips from the empty tables.
