If the place is full do not go. The service is really bad! However if it’s not full I’d recommend you to go. I wanted to order 2 pizzas to take out so I went to the restaurant and was waiting for the waiter to attend me. I don’t recall how much time I was waiting there but there were a couple behind me and she attened them first when I was before them !! Well after I ordered she said it would take around 45-60 min ( which I understand when they are so many people ) and she told me to come to the restaurant after 45 mins to SEE if the pizza was ready. I asked if she could write down my number so she could call me when it was ready and she refused. if hypotheticAlly the pizza wouldn’t have been done I would have to go my house again, wait, than go again, SEE if it’s ready and than pick it up ( much easier if she just takes down my number and call me when it is done ). Well after 45 mins I go there and ask if it’s ready and she politely said yes but I had to wait 10 more minutes so she could give it to me after asking her few times if it was ready or not and she was replying YES but not giving me the pizza. The pizza was OKAY compared to other times I THINK they reheated the pizza because the crust was really dry so Ithink the pizza was done before 45 min and when I came they reheated it (no proof tho just assuming) if this is true it would have been solved by just taking down my number and calling me. In conclusion if the restaurant isn’t packed GO if not DONT! ( review by a...

If you’re looking for a pizzeria that serves delicious pizza at reasonable prices but also gives you an existential crisis while waiting look no further than Fermento—sorry, I mean Snail Company.
I ordered five pizzas at 20:00 and was told they’d be ready by 20:30. I arrived on time expecting a quick grab-and-go experience. Silly me. Nobody acknowledged me. Not the five waiters not the four tables of diners not even a friendly nod from the pizza gods.
I sat at the bar, paid at 20:40 and still—radio silence. No "your pizza is almost ready," no "sorry for the delay," not even a pity glass of tap water to sip while contemplating my life choices. Just vibes.
Meanwhile, fellow pickup customers arrived, looking hopeful, then confused, then defeated. We exchanged glances that said, "So... this is how it ends?"
Finally, at 21:10 my pizzas emerged from the void. No apology. No explanation. Just a silent handover, like a black-market deal but without the excitement. I half expected a parchment scroll explaining my journey through their mystical oven timeline.
The irony? The pizza is fantastic. But unless you enjoy fermenting in uncertainty while waiting, bring a camping chair, a novel, and perhaps a therapy session for after.
Would I order again? Yes, but only if I call at breakfast and...

We arrived late the first time after a delayed flight and was offered a reduced menu which was understandable but we were not given the the warmest welcome although the food was great. We were made to feel quite uncomfortable.
The 2nd time we were looking for a local dinner option close to our accommodation with a 6 year old. As we enjoyed the food the first time decided to give it another go. This however will be the last time we visit.
Issues were:
We asked 4 times for the WIFI code. They forgot a starter but still charged us. Issues with bill at the end of the meal.
Male Waiter was extremely rude. Had to chase to order food twice. They checked on most tables if they were happy but did not check in on us once.
Didn’t acknowledge or seem to care that we were not happy with the service. Like it or lump it attitude.
All other tables were offered a hand held menu and we were told that we only had the option to order from QR code on table. We were not given any assistance or recommendations with the menu.
When we complained they simply said “we are very busy!” So to be expected.
Unbelievable and such a shame as the food is good. I don’t feel like they like the British guests as much as the...
