Absolutely not recommended!!! I lived in the apartment complex for several years, but I am very happy that I no longer live there.
This is mainly due to the owners of the apartment complex who live in the same building.
As a tenant, you have the feeling that you are constantly being watched and controlled by the owners. An example: When friends come to visit and lie by the pool, you should send the owners photos of the people.

In general, if you do something they do not like, consequences will follow.
So we asked for a key for our mailbox, since all mailboxes are open to everyone. This was rejected and as a result, the owners no longer spoke to us and only communicated in writing.
In the end, the owners try to make your life difficult: for example, our parking space was taken away and much more. Overall, a lot of things are forbidden, and a warning is given for small things.

PS: Even though we always paid our rent, our apartment was in great condition, and we were great tenants, we got kicked out.

My hotel job provided my boyfriend and I with this apartment. My experience living here was absolutely appalling. Got harassed by the owner’s daughter on multiple occasions. Her persona is very fake and provides no assistance. The pool area isn’t maintained well. The lounges are very bad quality and mattresses are never cleaned. Rim of the pool is green and yellow, I don’t want to know from what. Infested with multiple insects. Stray cats always climbing through windows into the apartments and walking around the complex. I am highly allergic and I cant leave a window open at night as they come in and make themselves at home. Neighbours are always loud talking/arguing on their balconies after 12am. The apartments are also on Airbnb so many tourists have parties or just loud music after 12am also. Overall these apartments are too expensive for...

I´m a tenant at Oro Verde Apartments,since 2013, and so far is the best place i´ve lived in Tenerife. The complex is clean, nice apartments, nice swimming pool and also has some garden areas. If there is any issue with the apartment the managment sends someone to fix the problem straight away.One of the most popular beach of Tenerife( Playa de Fañabé) is within walking distance, also you can walk to Gran Sur shopping centre where you can find shops, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket and cinema.
