Todayâs culinary escapade brought me to Gandhi Indian Tandoori Restaurant, and let me tell you, it was a flavor-packed journey worth sharing. I decided to go all in, ordering a Lamb Biryani, Tandoori Chicken, Lamb Masala, and Garlic Naan.
Now, letâs talk taste. Each dish was a symphony of flavors, and I mean that in the best way possible. Tasty? Oh, absolutely. Spicy? Without a doubt. This is the real deal, tailor-made for those Indians craving a fiery touch of home in Tenerife.
In my quest across four restaurants in Costa Adeje, Gandhi Indian Tandoori Restaurant takes the crown so far. The Lamb Biryani was a delightful blend of aromatic rice and succulent lamb, while the Tandoori Chicken and Lamb Masala showcased the mastery of spices that left my taste buds singing.
The Garlic Naan, a humble sidekick, held its own with that perfect garlic kick, complementing the main acts impeccably. This is more than just a meal; itâs a spicy haven for those yearning for authentic Indian flavors.
If youâre in Costa Adeje and fancy a taste of home, Gandhi Indian Tandoori Restaurant is the undisputed winner in my book. From the warm spices to the vibrant aromas, itâs a culinary experience that resonates with the heart of Indian cuisine. A definite must-try for anyone seeking a spicy slice of India...

Read moreWeâve been here about 5 times in as many years - the only reason we have been back (up until now) is because of their special meal deal which we get to takeaway. We always find the staff rude, they constantly love playing tricks on our daughters. If you order something that they donât have, they will cook you something else without telling you - when you come to collect it they will read out what you have ordered but again wonât tell you theyâve changed it. When questioned they said âah, yes, we ran out, you have this insteadâ. If you order over a certain amount you are meant to get a free bottle of wine, which they hate doing and need reminding numerous amount of times. Curries very watery, however the selection of starters, rice and naans are very good. Be careful when ordering kids meals - they donât care and will give you anything - good job my youngest isnât allergic to fish when we ordered chicken!!!!! Finally fed up of watery curries, receiving meals we didnât order, awful service and horrible practical jokes on our children we now go to âSTAR OF BENGALâ -...
