Read moreThis port is the center of turism and it look like the shame of Adeje. The place is badly kept and dirty. The souvenier shops block all the pasageways in the mall and it might cause a tragedy if any emergency happens. Most of the shops are closed, for sale or traspaso which indicates that the area is not doing so good. Many times you find drunk people being funny in this area. I don't like this area.
After a long time Google maps is asking me if this review needs to be changed. Not really. I do always go back to my reviews when I see an improvement or deterioration of the place I have reviewed. In this case of Puerto Colon commercial centre it is still a disgrace for the lovely area it is located in and all the Canary Islands. Please find the way to clean, make the place safe and give it the looks that a place full of tourists should have. Shops are paying for the community to make sure the commercial centre looks not good but perfect. This island should stop being satisfied with mediocrity and pretend...
Read moreDespite the fact myself and my friend were really ill on the trip, the staff were so very helpful and really lovely. I felt really bad for the other customers having to put up with my heaving into a sick bag throughout the journey. Absolutely gutted I didn't get to try the food and only managed to have one soft drink...I couldn't even lift my head to watch the assorted whales and dolphins or see the secret Pirate Bay. Thankfully someone was taking film footage so I bought a copy for the bargain price of 25€ and the photos at the beginning of the trip for 15€. The sun beds at front of boat are 20€ to use for the trip. Great if you have a strong stomach as the waves do get very choppy at start of journey. Highly recommend though as staff were really lovely as already said and attentive. Take waterproof camera, a warm waterproof jacket just incase it gets windy and a good suncream. Our trip was with...
