Pizzeria Carbone — Restaurant in Adeje

After having heard about this restaurant from other friends we decided to go and try it to see what the fuss was about.

As soon as we got to the restaurant we were seated and ordered 3 starters, 2 of which were bought out on time and the other starter which we had to remind the waiters 3 more times to bring out. We ended up receiving our 3rd starter half way through our mains. Please note, this 3rd starter happened to be a simple bowl of olives!

When it came to ordering our mains I kindly asked the waiter what recommendations he was able to give me for a spicy vegetarian pizza. After being 0 help what so ever and telling me that the only spicy pizza he has is a pepperoni one I decided to look up on my phone some ideas to see if they are able to add some toppings on my margarita pizza. During which the waiter looks into my phone and calls me rude for looking up examples of other places pizzas and that its shameless to do such a thing. I didn't end up saying anything to the waiter and he stopped serving at our table and his colleague took over the service.

This waiter was a tall and bald man who was rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. We did not make a fuss and just ate and left. All in all I would not recommend this...

Comme vous savez que vous travaillez avec le tourisme vous en avez rien à faire !!!Aucun mensonge dans notre témoignage!! D'ailleurs les clients autour de nous étaient choqués de votre discours et votre agressivité !! Catastrophique !!!! Je ne mets jamais d'avis mais là c'est une honte!!! Nous venions de temps en temps dans cette pizzeria et nous n'avions jamais eu de problème comme ce soir.. Avec le recul nous ne sommes pas étonnés, le personnel a changé rien d'étonnant ils les font fuir avec certitude ... Ils sont désagréables et irrespectueux et n'assument pas leurs erreurs , la femme du patron nous prend notre commande, après 30 minutes nous n'avions toujours pas les boissons et nous lui informons que nous n'avions pas encore eu les boissons elle prétend qu'il y a un problème jusque là tout va bien cela arrive .. et puis 45 minutes plus tard nous n'étions toujours pas servis concernant nos pizzas et plusieurs tables autour de nous étaient servies avant nous alors qu'ils étaient arrivés bien après nous ... Nous demandons à une employée où en sont ils avec notre commande et lui disont que sa collègue, soit sa patronne apparemment aurait oublié notre commande. Et là la petite dame avec ( ses lunettes noires) arrive comme une histerique et se met à crier : " je n'ai pas oublié votre commande c'est un problème informatique!!! ".. et je lui dits: " doucement nous sommes clients un peu de respect! elle repart en cuisine et fait un scandale auprès de son mari et lui demande de venir nous voir il exécute et agressif il nous dit en hurlant: " ma femme a raison !!! Bon maintenant tu la veux ou pas ta pizza " quelle agressivité !!! Aucun respect , aucune éducation ils sont désagréables comme jamais !!! Au lieu d'assumer et tout simplement s'excuser ils vous agressent verbalement et n'ont aucun respect vis à vis des autres clients en criant comme ils le font. Déjà dès que nous sommes arrivés "son cher mari" hurlait en cuisine sur les employés ..il se donnait en spectacle.. Pour finir la pizza vraiment pas bonne sincèrement les aliments étaient acides !!! Ce ne sont pas les pizzas que nous mangions avant .. Quelle déception !!! Plus jamais nous irons et emmènerons nos amis ou...

Average food and poor service. The menu was on a QR code and I had to ask for a physical menu. I was treated with snobbery when I asked for a haiwan pizza and then a bolognese pizza. Also was given a flat no when I asked for french fries. I ordered a salad which when it came was basically just ham and cheese in a bowl with a few leaves. The pizza was not crispy at all and was pretty chewy and doughy base. The waiter didn't check back to see if we were happy with our food or wanted any more drinks.

At the end of the meal we asked to split the bill and were told it wasn't possible even though the restaurant was empty and there were only 6 of us. So 1 person had to pay the whole bill.
