A very sentimental necklace was broken whilst in Tenerife so I panic hunted for a jewellers to possibly fix it but not holding out much hope. I saw so many reviews about how the staff here were kind, helpful and so unbelievably accommodating. I can say with all my heart that is absolutely true. The gentleman in the shop was very gracious in speaking to me about what he could do and stepped in to repair it as quickly and efficiently as possible considering it was our last day on holiday. They didn’t charge a penny despite giving us their time. I cannot thank them enough and only wish we had gotten their names. Thank you from us for saving the day. Following on from reading the good reviews of Diamonds n Diamonds, I visited them to enquire if they were able to carry out rhodium plating on my engagement ring, wedding ring & eternity ring as they had lost their shine. I spoke to a gentleman called Hemal who was very helpful & advised they would be able to do it & it would take a couple of days. The price quoted was less than I have paid in the Uk. I left my contact details & Hemal kindly messaged me when they were ready for collection. When I went to collect my rings they looked so shiny & back to looking like I had just bought them. More than a store. The moment you enter Santi's jewlery shop, you are welcomed with a warm smile and atmosphere. Santi and his sister were very proffesional the way they treated my wife and I. Along the watch we bought we had a great conversation with Santi about almost anything. The jewlery store sells lots of different watch companies and jewls as well. We were lucky to visit at Febuary since there are big discounts. Plus in Tenerif you pay only 7% taxes which is nothing. This shop is located in the town Adeje.
