Loki was very professional and knowledgeable, he has a lot of integrity and didn’t attempt to charge us the highest price or take advantage of the fact that we were in a rush to catch a flight, he talked us through different options low to high and have us the pros and cons of each which really helped us make the right decision moving forward he had it done within the hour.
