The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

We visited this restaurant with our three young children whilst on holiday in Adeje last month. As we arrived we politely asked the tanned bald headed man whether he had a table for 5, it was fairly quiet but we asked out of politeness, but he just grunted and walked off. A lady came out from the back and seated us, before the original man returned to take our order. I ordered a chicken pizza with a barbecue base, and we ordered for the kids and my wife.

All of their drinks turned up shortly after, but mine never arrived. I asked politely and a younger man who was more friendly went to add a new beer to my order, so I explained that I just wanted the original drink that I’d ordered.

When the food arrived, the younger guy said that there was no barbecue base for my pizza as they’d run out of that base and simply presented me a chicken and cheese pizza. I said that that wasn’t good enough and so he offered me a tiny pot of barbecue sauce to put on the pizza myself. I had three kids with me so didn’t want to cause a fuss. The thing was though, he brought that tiny pot of barbecue side over a good ten minutes after the rest of my family had started eating with me just sat there waiting.. I reminded him, he’d clearly completely forgotten - again no apology.

There were no apologies throughout, and on leaving the kids weren’t given lollies like all the other tables, so they were all upset.

It really was awful, but the level of customer service was the worst that I’ve ever experienced....

We visited this restaurants twice during our stay, first night we were shown a table and orders taken promptly nothing special about the service but happy to be served, we all enjoyed our meals, decided to go again since we enjoyed the food however service was awful, we were Ignored when we first went in, we decided to find a table for ourselves, ( after 10 mins)menus practically thrown at us and when the waitress came back for a drinks order we let her know we wanted to order our food also as already knew what we were having to be told NO drinks only , it was the manner of which she told us was appalling. Rolling her eyes. I will never return due to this service. I would encourage anyone not to part with your money for this restaurant. I wish I stayed to inform the management of my reasons for leaving, but I was too upset to...

Oh dear, dinner here was a disaster. We arrived at 7.30 and received a friendly welcome and shown to a table. Drinks order was quickly taken and served very politely.

Then… could we place a food order? Try as we might it seemed impossible. They were always going to “be with you soon”. At 8.05 we did finally grab a tattooed waitress who was whizzing by. She begrudgingly took our order for two pizzas, but it was plain she did not want to be there - an attitude she displayed to other customers.

At 8.25 with most of the wine gone we were about to leave when the pizzas arrived. I wish we had left - they were poor. A Sicilian with all the anchovies clumped in a heap, and a Quattro Fromaggio with cheese similarly clumped in a pile and not at all melted. Meh!

A poor show. We certainly won’t...
