The staff/chef was rude. My child bought a drink from the supermarket nearby and the staff came in to say that we cannot drink that inside, if we want we can go outside and drink and he will cancel the order. Then when I said I want to cancel the order he said that we can go to the supermarket to eat. Nunca en mi vida me habían tratado con tanta desidia en ningún local gastronómico.

Llegamos y estuvimos esperando un buen rato por fuera, intentando llamar la atención o hablar con alguno de los camareros, tras varios intentos fallidos, decidimos entrar a hablar con uno de los encargados solicitando , cuando se pudiera una mesa para dos personas, el cual nos despachó rápidamente y con cara de pocos amigos nos dijo "no hay mesa pero sentáos ahí" sin ni siquiera mirarnos a la cara mientras atendían el resto de mesas atestibadas de turistas a los cuales si se les atendía diligentemente.

Evidentemente y ante tales circunstancias (no ser bien recibidos) decidimos irnos a pesar de las numerosas recomendaciones de probar los Kebab de dicho local.

En resumen, una pena tener que irse de un lugar de donde tienes tan buenas reseñas simplemente porque no tiene un servicio a la altura.

Creo que no se pide tanto, simplemente un poco de educación.

No me importa esperar y entiendo perfectamente la saturación de clientes por la fama del sitio pero el mal atendimiento a los clientes de los cuales depende tu negocio me parece algo intolerable.
