Restaurante Piscis Terraza — Restaurant in Adeje

Four of us went here for dinner. Although the staff appeared busy, it didn't justify the unfriendly and dismissive attitude they had towards us. We were just ignored after the food was brought out - no one asked at any point if it was ok, or if we needed anything else (like the never-to-appear side order). Overall, the food was good, although on the pricey side. Given the level of service and (lack of) friendliness (no apology for the undelivered side-order) we didn't feel the price was justified. We settled up without getting desserts or coffees, and left feeling like we wished we'd gone somewhere else for dinner.

Oh, and bonus: when one of our party had left to go to the bathrooms after the dinner was cleared, a waiter took their chair and put it down for some new customers. We had to ask for it back.

First time not leaving a tip, felt we were inconviencing the staff, they seemed stressed...

We visited last night, wasn't really our first choice but it was a little late (flight was delayed) and options were dwindling.

Although the the food was ok, certainly not good, not one of the 3 service staff that we interacted with either bothered to look at us, acknowledge us, had anything to say or a smile to offer through the 90 minute visit.

The whole experience could be described as abrupt at best, rude at worst.

It made it a horrible experience. Even when I entered the restaurant from the terrace, due to lack of service, they just looked at me and continued their business.

This is not a good place. There is nothing friendly, warm or decent about it and this seemed to start with the owner or manager that couldn't care less if he tried.

Worst service I've ever had anywhere in Spain and top 5 worst anywhere...

Awful. We both had soups,very nice . Then my mum ordered chicken .it was very very dry . I asked for calamari as a main .it came and was really tough.no one came to ask if food was good so I had to call a waiter,I tried to explain it was tough but he said "oh it's not crispy",took it away,it came back,the same calamari re fried. OMG it was like rubber bands! No one came to see if our food was ok this time either ,so again I got someone's attention. Felt very underwhelming,other tables were been attended to with satisfaction checks ,wine glasses re filled . I felt very disappointed. They offered something else but by this time mom had given up with her food too Needs some TLC in the kitchen. It was my birthday meal, 60th . I had saved up to treat myself to a nice meal ......I actually cried when we left I...
