star ⭐️ for the waitress Ruby 3 stars ⭐️ for the food.
we went there on Saturday the 7/01/23. The restaurant looks decent. it was one of the very few open in the area at 10pm. We ordered provócala for started, which I think should be hit more melted to be able to dip the bread sticks it it, but we had to actually cut it. For main we had a pizza with pecorino cheese, which literally didn’t fit to it. it was way too strong and killed flavours of all other ingredients. not mentioning that it was not melted. so very weird. I have ordered a burrada and sun dried tomato salad (I didn’t take a picture and send it back) which came with old raw courgette, literally 3 pieces of sun dried tomato size of a finger tip! and lots of “spec del Trentino) kind of ham. the skad meant to be burrata with tomatoes and it was mainly courgette and than ham with the bowl of burrata. with a few huge cappers. You don’t eat raw courgette! unless is young. and still it is disgusting. However, lovely waitress Ruby, was super professional, observant and she came to ask, and change the dish without the problem. I order a pasta with ragú instead. which was fine. just very plain. it tasted exactly like tagliatelle with bolognaise sauce. I wouldn’t be surprised to have the same sauce if I order a spaghetti bolognaise. But it was late, I was hungry and waitress did what she could, and it was edible. Just nothing special. Pizza across the road is way better, but they don’t have much else of a choice.
Read moreTo begin with, the tables were not wiped down clean, and didn't get cleaned before a new table got sat down. I ordered Pasta with Ragu, which didn't have any depth of flavor and seasoning. Alongside my pasta I got some bread, that tasted somewhat good but sadly was really dry. My partner also order pasta with shrimps and agreed that it was flavorless, however it had a rather strong, unpleasant fish smell, which isn't common for shrimp. For dessert we had a banana and dulce de leche cake that we enjoyed. Finally, the staff didn't seem very organized nor were they...
Read moreWonderful little Italian restaurant on Patacona Beach in Alboraya, the first beach town on the northern edge of Valencia. The rigatoni with spinach and Gorgonzola cream sauce was amazing. The lasagna very good and their Bobal red wine full bodied and perfect with that lasagna. But the real treasure was the piadina parmigiana!! Wow… like an Italian quesadilla fill with tomato sauce, eggplant, mozzarella and pesto. Just outstanding! The tiramisu was ok and the joghurt with fresh fruit nice for dessert. There are a few of these around but this one by the beach is...
