KIKU SUSHI — Restaurant in Alcúdia

It was the worst Japanese food of my life. The sushi rice was too sticky to eat, and I wondered how the sashimi was cut so thinly. Has the chef ever tried Japanese food? The Chinese noodles looked like boiled instant ramen, the pork in the dim sum had a smell, and the wonton soup was so salty that it was difficult to eat. I recommend you never go.

Now I got a reply from the owner, so I decided to add comments. I am sorry this bad review may impact your business, but I have to do it for future customers. I am Asian and visit Japan and Chinese more than 50 times. That means I know what are the foods. So I am wondering the other customers who gave 5 stars know the real taste of Japanese and Chinese food. I want to keep my review. Try to improve the quality of food by using your time. Not to degrade customers' reviews.

Last additional comment to the owner. If I am a owner of a restaurant and a customer complains about the food quality, I will apologize first, which the owner of this place never did. You did for slow of service, not for the food. And you believe your food is good enough. The worst possible place to go! I have never been so badly treated in my life! Myself and 2 girlfriends asked for a Sangria, the glasses were full of lipstick and dust, we asked to change the glasses and they treated us like we were from a different planet, after that we tasted the Sangria and it was absolutely awful, we couldn’t drink it ( 20€ the sangria) we asked to change as we couldn’t drink it, they were extremely rude, refused to change and literally told us to leave the restaurant as if we were trash! We were looking for Toilette for my son and saw this restaurant. We enter and nobody was there and my wife let our son directly go into the restroom, which is my wife’s fault, I agree. But then the owner came saying something racist and not acceptable. Because of our Asian looking face he tried to “educate” us, btw a German family, that “HERE IN EUROPE, it’s not allowed to use the the bathroom of a restaurant without asking”.
