Fine sangria and a nice street introduction to the menu, but from the moment we got the sangria, the bad experience just startet. My girlfriend found a hair in her sangria, no big deal, we just mentioned it for getting another. Instead of saying sorry and expresing an understanding, the female waiter, seemed a bit annoyed by the fact that we wanted a new one. In other place they even say sorry and give something as an excuse.

The plates we got with small tapas dishes where fine, nothing extraordinary, the garlic sauhes were pretty good, but the potato bravas, tasted like something you buy in a budget grocery store.

Then our pizza arrived, no clean forks or knives after the starter, fair enough. But the pizza tasted of nothing, my girlfriend found her ham as being some cheap pre cut ham, not fine slices or anything. The buttom of the pizza was crispy and thin, but with no taste. My pizza, was exactly the same story, but even worse... For those who are not happy for goat cheese needs to be aware, that they serve that on their pizza, without stating it...

When done, without finishing the pizzas, we tried to get them to see us, but now we were almost as a ghost, none of the waiters saw us, and 20 minutes later the waiter came and asked us if we want to have the pizza in a box, since we didn't eat it all.. Instead of asking if we liked the pizza or something, we just answered politely that we didn't want it.

The bill came to the table, almost thrown at the table by one other waiter. When the female waiter came back for getting paid, she took our credit card and almost smashed it into the credit card machine. My girlfriend typed her code, and in two seconds the waiter took the card machine and almost throw the receive at the table, that's all. 50 euro of dinner, no thanks or have a good night, nothing....

I will be visiting that restaurant in the future, you...

We chose the restaurant for dinner based on its good rating.

We arrived at about 8pm and needed to wait to be seated. From what we observed, the waiters/waitresses were too busy running around to clean up tables became empty and to prepare them for guests waiting in front of the door.

After sitting down, maybe just because we were sitting at a suboptimal place that could be easily oversaw. So it took another while before our order could be finally taken.

The food we had tasted well, I would say it fits the good rating.

However, there were something that could be improved.

E.g. we ordered apple juice for two, the adult became a small bottle of juice (that kind directly from supermarket), the kid received a glass additionally. I just couldn't understand, why wouldn't a glass also for the adult, we are dinning in, why should we directly drink from a bottle?

Another example, when main dishes were served, those empty (tapas) plates were not collected and We had to somehow "clean up" the table and made place for main course.

Besides, doesn't matter while serving the drinks or food or taking away the additional table (for paella), we were not asked or talked to. The waiter/waitress came and go, doing their job, without spending extra energy caring about the customers ( maybe we are asking for too much, the waiters/waitresses could be already exhausted).

Since it is not just the food itself but also other services matter, thus I can only say the general...

Very rude service & OK food.

The food was OK although the portions were quite small for the comparatively high price you pay.

However, the waitress was super rude which made our visit there unpleasant. Me and my husband were sitting at a table for 2 in an almost empty restaurant. The chairs at the restaurant are round-cornered so it was impossible to hang your bag on a chair. As I am almost 6 months pregnant and it was uncomfortable to sit with a bag behind my back on the chair, I took an extra chair from the neighbouring table and put my bag on that. A few minutes later, the waitress suddenly came to the table, grabbed my bag and handed it to me while putting the chair back, without saying anything. I didn't understand what was a problem of using an extra chair in an empty restaurant but anyways if it was - please come and ask me to remove my things instead of just grabbing them without saying anything...

Another incident happened when we had to pay. We gave 200 euros bill, the waitress came back and said " I don't have change". After we asked what to do then, she told us to go and change it in the supermarket nearby. I believe it should be the responsibility of the service provider and not the client to go around looking...

This place is nothing short of extraordinary! My recent dining experience there left me thoroughly impressed on all fronts. First and foremost, the food at is exceptional. The portions are generous, ensuring you get excellent value for your money. However, it's the seafood platter that truly stole the show. Every bite was a taste of the ocean's finest offerings, and I couldn't get enough. The paella also deserves special mention. It's not just good; it's the best I've had in a long time. The rich flavors, perfectly cooked rice, and the medley of seafood and spices were a gastronomic delight. Their wine selection is equally impressive, catering to a range of tastes. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or just looking for the perfect pairing for your meal, they have you covered. The ambiance of the restaurant is charming and inviting, making it a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The staff's professionalism and attentiveness added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. It's a place where exceptional food, generous portions, and a warm atmosphere combine to create a dining experience that you'll remember long after you leave.

Waited and waited at the entrance, the sign said wait to be seated. 4 or 5 staff saw us there but completely ignored us and instead made themselves busy. Eventually one couldn’t avoid us any longer and I asked if somebody will seat us…..he reluctantly did it. Later I noticed locals just walking in and sitting down, so my advice is to ignore the sign!! Waited for menu. Then waited for someone to take our order. Managed to place drinks order only, the woman refused to take the food order saying someone was ahead of us in the queue and they are next. Waited and waited for drinks. Finally arrived. Waited and waited, then the same woman came back and took the food order. Waited and waited for food. Very strange system. If you ask any of the staff for something they point to someone else, it’s their job. So frustrating. However, the mixed seafood and fish was amazing. Pity about the VERY POOR service. Prices were reasonable
