Where do I start...

We ordered our food and had to remind the the waiter that we also needed drinks, the drinks took about 20 minutes to arrive (despite us being the only customers).

We waited 10 minutes for sauce and condiments after our food was served and the excuse was oh sorry my boss came in.

They served the mains whilst we were still eating our starters.

Three of four sloppy meals arrived and the fouth turned up when others were nearly finished, the food was the worst thing that had entered my body since my colonic irrigation back in 2019 (it's a pretty close 2nd).

The service in this place was diabolical, everytime we looked around to see where our soon to be disappointing meals were, the waiter was busy on his mobile (probably writing fake good reviews about this establishment).

The restaurant itself was in a disgusting state, depite us being the only customers - yet it looked like the lost boys had just finished their banganrang food fight in the conservatory.

I'll be honest, I'd have much rather been in the lost boys food fight, it would have been a lot more appetising and I'd have left with a smile on my face, not apologising to my own body for what I have just punished it with.

Positives: The chicken salad looked nice The bathroom was cleaner than the restaurant (perhaps we should have ate in there)

We managed to leave, still liking each other as a family, not blaming one or the other about deciding to eat in this place, but we vouch never to return to any of this chain of...

Solo contaré la experiencia, y ya juzguen ustedes (y voy a omitir ciertas cosas que quizás no son tan relevantes)

-Llegamos a las 14:40h (el restaurante no estaba tan lleno) -15:00h y todavía no se acercan a pedirnos la orden (entendíamos que era por lo liados que podían estar) -Al rato se acerca un chico y nos toma la orden (sin anotar nada) por lo que nos impresionó su gran capacidad de retención 😅 -A los 10-15 minutos pedimos cambiarnos de mesa (ya que uno de mis acompañantes estaba teniendo alergia en la terraza) evidentemente avisamos al chico que nos atendió. -Eran las 15:38 y aún no nos habían llevado la comida. -15:50 llega la orden. -En el transcurrir, pedimos otras bebidas, sal y servilletas, lo cual llego al finalizar la comida 😅 …(Vale seguimos entendiendo que están liados) -Pedimos la factura, y al revisar nos fijamos que era de otra mesa (y ya habían pasado mi descuento por el QR) por lo que me pidieron que usara otro correo con otro número de teléfono para volver aprovechar el descuento, porque el mío ya se había aplicado a la factura de otra mesa por error (esto quiere decir que ahora mi acompañante ha perdido posibilidad de usar su cupón en una comida que a el le apetezca) -Luego de un gran lío, mi factura nunca apareció, se acercaron a preguntarnos qué habíamos pedido y evidentemente dijimos todo lo consumido.(para que hicieran la nueva factura) -Me hacen mi nuevo cobro, pido mi factura y mi ticket y me dicen; “la factura es por la aplicación” y el ticket ya se lo traemos.. y me llevan el cambio y me dicen; “ya le traemos el ticket” …después de no sé cuantos minutos más, llegan y me dicen…”ay lo siento hemos tirado el ticket” y cuando yo saco mis cuentas me da otro calculo, y voy a reclamar y lo que me dicen es que mañana me dirán algo… en fiiiin… hoy salimos a desestresarnos y llegue a mi casa más estresada de lo que salí… me hubiese quedado a cocinar y me estreso menos.!! 😅

He ido a otras sucursales de la cadena y mis experiencias han sido fenomenales. Pero aquí considero que hay mala gestión en todos los aspectos, no sé de restaurantes, pero si de atención al cliente y en eso creo que hay que mejorar…

A todo esto, nunca recibí el ticket de mi pedido, y en mi aplicación no me salió nada tampoco, por lo que pagué sin corroborar nada, reclamé que mis cálculos me daba otro monto, pero el chico alegó que luego me daba la factura, porque el sistema hasta mañana no le arroja las facturas del día. Así que bueno… Asi ha sido mi sábado de desconexión 😅

Posdata: este medio está excelente para drenar 🤭 nunca había dejado calificaciones negativas, porque siempre entiendo que pueden ser cosas puntuales, pero es que hoy se pasaron, son demasiadas cosas. Quedo a espera de...

My boyfriend and I went here for a nice dinner. We’re both students so well used to cheap and cheerful meals but the only problem is this place wasn’t cheap nor cheerful. The service was terrible, we had to get up to ask for our order, to get stuff such as salt and for the bill. The burgers we ordered were so undercooked that you couldn’t define it as cooked rare the whole inside of the meat was actually pink we were afraid to eat it, sent it back to get cooked and the burger turned out to be okay. There was a weird taste in our mouths after eating the meal also quite odd and disgusting. Two burgers and two drinks ended up being €27!! We would of been better off going to Burger King I’m not...
