McDonald's — Restaurant in Alicante

We ordered a extreme bacon sandwich with few other stuff as well as Fanta and a big mac. The beef in the big mac was chewy, with weird string-like texture inside of it that leaves terrible residue in the gums and teeth. The fanta was a watered-down squash of an orange juice with so much ice that wasnt able to be drank. The extreme bacon sandwich we ordered was flat and off looking. After a bite we realised that there was no bacon in the sandwich and after talking to staff to ask what happened he came to us and said there is bacon (there was none). Very unsatisfactory. Out of 6 orders, 3 were incomplete and missing things. When we nicely asked the lady to complete the order and bring us some sauce, she said yes and never brought it. On another order they brought Camembert bites instead of chicken bites and we’re very rude about changing this, and another order, which was specifically ordered without pickles, and was even printed on the burger, however there was a pickle in the burger, which is very dangerous considering allergies. A real attitude problem with one female employee. Food was fine, went to the bathroom leaving half my drink on the table and they cleared it away.

As I don't speak Spanish I wrote the issue into translate on my phone. To which the woman who looks like a horse having a rough day simply replied "no".

An interesting response as I didn't ask a question, only mentioned that my drink was prematurely cleared away.

Awful service from an awful employee. Left me with little recourse as I can't even argue my case in Spanish. Disgusting behaviour.
