Tourist Scam Alert! Tourist Sacn Alert! Had the displeasure of watching two young ladies being ripped off and forced to pay for their drinks twice, even threatened with the police! One of them went inside and paid then they were forced to pay again whilst sitting outside after being accused of not paying! Then were threatened with the police being called. They were clearly upset and worried about this threat and had to pay again. Clearly a tourist scam prying on young women! Avoid! Follow up to owners threats: The young lady went inside and paid before they were ready to leave. You then forced them to pay again whilst threatening them the police. Your staff member denied he had any dealings with her then changed his story to he thought she asked for change. They didn’t move off very far! Hardly trying to run off with their two cocktails! I think you better speak to your staff and admit your mistake before trying to threaten me! Highlights the sort establishment that you run! It was shameful! Admit your mistake and remove your pathetic threat and I’ll consider...

Nos sentamos un compañero de trabajo y yo para almorzar, vimos la opción de tostada por 2 o 3 euros y pensamos que sería buena opción para almorzar a precio standard de almuerzo en cualquier bar pese a la zona en la que estábamos por trabajo (Teatro Principal de Alicante).

El camarero muy atento, cuando le pedí tostada con aguacate me comenta que no tiene aguacate y que ha de ser con guacamole, con educación le digo que no importa, y además le añado el suplemento de queso por 1€ más. El camarero me pregunta si queríamos tostada entera o media, ya que “el pan era de este tamaño” (nos hace un gesto con los dedos índice de cada mano para representar la longitud).

El servicio rápido y efectivo.

La sorpresa viene cuando fuimos a pagar y nos enteramos que la carta (donde muestra dos tostadas) en verdad era el precio por “media tostada” si cito las palabras textuales del camarero cuando nos preguntó si queríamos una tostada o media.

Por lo que, de un almuerzo de tostada y bebida terminamos pagando como si hubiesemos pedido dos almuerzos cada uno, con dos suplementos, dos de todo para cada uno.

¿La carta? Publicidad engañosa ¿Las palabras del camarero? No era “¿una tostada o media?”, debería haber dico “¿una tostada o dos?”

Y como veo que el establecimiento responde a las reseñas le diré el porqué de 1 estrella: Porque nunca se nos informó que se nos iba a cobrar cuatro tostadas con cuatro suplementos cuando pedimos cada uno la...

Me and my girlfriend had the most amazing cocktails here. We had a really nice evening and tasted the most creative and unique cocktails. I've never tasted so many flavours which all combined excellent. Special thanks to Dino, the waiter who gave us special care. Such nice service is rare. We wanna go every night here while we're staying in Alicante and will miss this place for sure when we go...
