David and Jorge are two amazing guys. Always warm, friendly and genuine in their customer service. Some people say customer service dosnt exist in Spain but with these guys they hold the best customer service I have ever experienced in the world even that from when I lived in NYC and London. I have to say these guys are professional and would make any company proud with business family value and care and professional, humble approach that would make any Barista green with envy. These two guys surely deserve a very prosperous and career progression within this or any company. I as a business owner would certainly be proud to have them on my team without any doubt. If any management is reading this pls keep an eye on these guys as they are fantastic candidates for any kind of career progression...

I went to this place in april 2023. Because of the limited knowledge of English from some of the store personnel in the city in general, and my lack of Spanish, I feared I had to stumble through yet another order by this language barrier - but fear not, as the two ladies behind the counter, Johanna and Sonia, knew more than enough English to take my order, and they were in very good spirits with a few jokes and laughs - and also taught me some Spanish words in the process. These two definitely gave me a smile to carry through the day! The world need more smiles and moods like Johanna...

The coffee was just okay, but the salmon and avocado bagel was an absolute disgrace. The avocado was dark and slimy, like it had been cut long ago and left out. The salmon was half-dried, as if it had spent the night outside the fridge. The bun was hard as a rock. The taste was disgusting — I couldn’t finish it, just threw it away. It honestly felt like a day-old bagel pulled out from under the counter. This is blatant disrespect to customers. I wouldn’t recommend this...
