Must have been an off day when we went there. The service was dreadful. The staff were disinterested and ignoring customers at 8.00pm when there were literally 3 tables with diners including us making that 6 in total. Staff were constantly on their mobile phones or talking with each other. They didn't have any draft perioni. They didn't have the wine I ordered either so had to go for an alternative which wasn't great. My spaghetti Bolognese had the cheese already melting in the sauce which tasted like a pizza topping. The meat was clumped together like you would put on a pizza as a topping. No chilli oil either. So I asked the waiter for a new bottle and eventually the waiter came back and topped it up with cloudy plain oil, which I absolutely wasn't going to use. I asked for parmesan cheese that never materialised either. Nor was we offered any sauces etc. My husband ordered cannoli and it tasted like it was right out of the freezer. No taste at all. We paid and left. The Waitress never spoke to us once. Not a hello greeting or a good bye greeting either. A truly bad experience all around. I wish I had positive things to say about the service. We were very disappointed, hopefully the service had just a bad day and the good pizza cook was on vacation. The waitress let us wait for around 15min after being seated, not offering us the qr-code for the menue and talking orders from people coming after us. We ordered a pizza margharita and an ordinary vegetarian pizza (waitress asked especially if it is an ordinary vegeterian), water and a beer (she didn't understand what "a beer" is, I needed to ask three times for it). She seemed to be disappointed that we didn't order more than this. One glass was dirty and the Pizza were very dry, not salty or tasty and definitely not worth the money and not what a good Italian pizza should taste (we have been to Naples and ate really good pizza). Teníamos reserva y al llegar ya empieza la experiencia... Nos sientan al lado de la barra (sin problema por este punto) y escuchamos como la camarera claramente le dice a su compañero "¿Por qué los sientas aquí?" Como insinuando no querer atendernos. Bueno, será algo organizativo del restaurante, no pasa nada. Nos traen la carta, mirando y mirando entre todas las opciones y comparando con la carta de alérgenos en busca de algunos platos aptos sin gluten. Cuando por fin nos decidimos, resulta que hay platos sin gluten que no existen, lo que me dejó una sensación de dejadez frente a las personas con intolerancias (que no es por gusto, es por salud). Conseguimos dar con platos sin gluten para dos de nosotros y que existen cuando me fijo en mis cubiertos. Estaban sucios. Pido el cambio a la camarera, que recogió los cubiertos tras unos momentos de duda y análisis de los mismos, desconfiando de mi. Pero bueno, al menos los cambió. Seguimos esperando la comida cuando en la barra me fijo que están preparando un cóctel. En esto que se juntaron 4 camareros en la barra y empezaron a comentar el fuerte olor a agua de fregar y lejía que emanaba del cóctel, pasándosela entre ellos para comprobar el olor. Fue divertido, supongo que se imaginaban la cara del comensal al beberse el brebaje. Llega la comida. Claramente me equivoqué, pedí espaguetis al pesto con la ilusión de que en un local como este, el pesto fuese una delicia... Pero no, apostaría que era de bote, comprado en Mercadona o similar.. la boloñesa de otro de nuestra mesa estaba en la misma situación, de marca blanca. A la amable camarera que nos atendía le pedí queso y fue rápida, solo que me trajo un cuenco con queso rallado. Obviamente, le pedí una cuchara o algo para servirlo, algo que pareció quemarle las neuronas por la reacción que tuvo de quedarse unos segundos congelada, intentando descubrir mis intenciones al necesitar una cuchara para servirme el queso. Lo peor sin duda, la pizza sin gluten... Realmente lamento que sirvan algo tan malo y que la gente con intolerancias tenga que mal comer con precios inflados. Con la masa se podían romper piedras de lo dura que estaba.. al menos nos reímos mucho intentando cortar la pizza en porciones, convalidó un día de gimnasio. El resto bien, pagamos y nos vamos, sin duda esto último lo mejor de la experiencia. Es una pena que un restaurante con estos precios y con aires de restaurante "elegante" sirva comida tan mala y con un personal sin actitud ni profesionalidad.
