This one of the best Indian restaurants in Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura. The food here is so impressive which I have based on a totally non indian dish. I have always loved chicken tikka Massala, which of course is English and a lightweight dish for someone who can't stand spices. I cannot. But for a long time I have been unable to find a good one. This is hands down the best I have tasted in such a long time. Anyhow let's start at the beginning. So our plane lands in late, and trying to find a place still open and still serving was difficult. Lucky for us we happened on Masala. The decor was very bright and indian restaurant themed. While decor isn't my thing, I did appreciate the style. The wifey order poppadom starter and I went with samosas. The poppadom and sauces were great, the hot onion one I avoided. The samosas I really liked, but it was made with a more thicker pastry, and because of the way it was folded, one corner was quite dry to eat. My wife pointed this out, and have to agree. I liked it, but the folded part, was too dry to eat. Still a great reason to wash down with cobra. The mains were fantastic. I could talk about the chicken tikka Massala all day. But ever since the red colour ban, and I know it's food colouring that adds no taste. To me it's never had the same taste. But this has the same butter tomato taste I used to remember and love. In the last 10 years this has been one of the few restaurants that have managed to keep that flavour. The wifey went with a lamb Dopiaza, another winning dish. So good you could taste the double cooked onions. Oh and the Naans are huge, wife does like rice with her dish. And wanted to order 2, but I stopped her when I saw another table order. These things are the size of a decent pizza. Light and airy, but you have been warned. We left completely stuffed and really enjoyed the first night of our holiday. The staff are nice, friendly and have some chat on them. This place is the place to go if you want an good...

Fantastic place, we went today around 3pm. We were greeted as we arrived. We decided on the pickle tray, poppadoms and cod pakora for starters. The spiced onions were really good however the cod pakora was bursting with flavour, the herbs used complimented the dish perfectly. I would happily of eaten a plate full of them and skipped the curry. For the mains we had the chicken garlic masala, the masala mixed grill, stuffed naan with pilau rice. Everything was cooked to perfection. Indian food made exactly how it should be and nothing like what we get in Scotland. Our waiter spoke great English and was able to change the mixed grill from being sweet to spicy. The service was fantastic and great banter with the staff members. The curries were the best Indian food I have tasted in years. I just wish I had found it sooner on our trip. I will definitely be back in the future. Everything about this place is 5 stars from the cleanliness, the toilet facilities, the location, the staff, the food and the atmosphere. My only criticism is that they don't...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Masala Indian Cuisine, and I was thoroughly impressed!

The restaurant boasts a commitment to serving authentic Indian food, and it truly delivers. The menu features a wide variety of dishes, from classic curries like chicken tikka masala to tandoori specialties like chicken tikka tandoori.

Everything is made with the freshest ingredients, and the flavours are absolutely delicious.

But Masala Indian Cuisine isn't just about the food. The service is also excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they go the extra mile to make sure you have a enjoyable dining experience. I would like to give a special shout-out to JP, who went above and beyond to make our date night so special. Thanks to JP and the rest of the team at Masala Indian Cuisine for a wonderful evening!

I highly recommend Masala Indian Cuisine to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Indian dining experience. The food is superb, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is inviting. I will definitely...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ OUTSTANDING, 10 STARS YOU MUST EAT HERE!!!!!! Our first visit here while on holiday..IT WILL NOT BE OUR LAST!!!!, already planning to eat here again when we're hopefully back in June. Me and my wife were both in agreement that this was the BEST Indian meal we had ever had (we are from Bradford, so that is a bold statement). The whole dining experience was superb, from the poppadoms and pickle tray, the starter, we got the Mixed starter for 2 and it was perfect, chicken tikka, melted in your mouth the pakoras and bhajis were outstanding also, everything was cooked to perfection. Mains were Chicken Bhuna and a Chicken Biryani, again both of the highest standard. Also had the best Peshwari naan I've ever had, and the Rotis my wife had were also superb. There are 2 other Indian restaurants nearby, but we are sold on this place...Masala Indian Cuisine...keep up the high standards and delivery of exceptional food...can't wait to be back in June.....👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍👍
