Though the food is amazing, I was slightly disappointed by the service. My partner and I went on the day of the grand opening. At the restaurant, you order all your food on a tablet. On our tablet, the majority of the food items showed no picture or ingredient list. We mentioned this to the waitstaff, and, the first time, they said there was a WiFi problem. Having no pictures or ingredient list, we asked about the ingredients in a dish and were told it had salmon, so we ordered it. However, the dish that was delivered to us had shrimp. Again, we asked for help with the pictures on the tablet, and the manager even came over to change it to a different WiFi setting and told us it was fixed. It wasn’t fixed, and still 90% of the menu had no picture or description. All of the other tablets in the restaurant Gad pictures. We asked one more time and received no help. We ended up looking over the shoulders of the table next to us to try to see the pictures on their menu, but we ended up leaving without trying many different menu items simply because we didn’t want to risk it without knowing what they contained. I understand that technical difficulties happen, especially on the first day, and the waitstaff were very kind, but I felt disappointed that we weren’t offered a solution or moved to one of the many open tables with a new tablet. My partner has food allergies, and the lack of information we were provided could have been a real safety issue for him.
Other than this, the food we did try was really delicious, and the decoration is...
Read moreWe visit here roughly once a month. In my opinion the sushi is the best of Granada. Also price you pay for it is good! Altough they have recently a new policy; you are allowed to eat for 1,5 hour.
The tablet has an option to set a time limit, but they did not use it.
The staff is very nice and friendly, but the overall experience is ruined by feeling rushed all the time. We made a reservation at 20.00. We arrived at 20.05. The staff mentioned that its buffet libre for 1,5 hour now, and that they do a second group after us. We started dining and at 21.00 the waiter asked if we are done eating because they wanted to prepare the table for the next reservation. At 21.21 the waiter came over with the payment console and basically forced us to pay and leave. Meaning that we had 1 hour and 10 minutes to enjoy our dinner, but out of that 70 minutes, we felt very rushed for 20 minutes aswell.
In general 1,5 hour is enough to enjoy dinner if you know in advance that you have 1,5 hour. But we did not get to...
