I came here for a late brunch with my mom after stumbling upon the place. We initially tried to order online, but the payment system wouldn’t process — not a huge issue, so we went inside to order at the counter. Unfortunately, the line was extremely long and we ended up waiting about an hour just to place our order.

There seemed to be general disorganization and service issues. Several other customers were also having trouble, and at one point, I had to step in to help someone get a refund because the staff didn’t speak English. The tables were not clean — ours had leftover drink residue and birds were flying around, landing on tables and picking at scraps, which felt very unhygienic.

It took another 20 minutes to receive my açaí bowl. While the food itself was okay, it came in a chipped bowl, which didn’t feel safe or presentable. I paid €11.50 for it (extra for mango), but only got three tiny pieces. We also didn’t receive any napkins, even though other tables had them.

To top it off, I overheard the only server telling the kitchen to “cook slower” because they were overwhelmed. Overall, the place seemed understaffed and poorly managed. Disappointing experience — I...

We stumbled upon this hidden gem during our stay in Los Cristianos three years ago, completely by chance. We were searching for something tasty yet healthy to eat and, to our delight, found it right outside our apartment. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was exceptional. We enjoyed it so much that we ate there every single day of our five-day stay.

Fast forward to our second trip to Tenerife. Although we were staying in Playa de las Américas, we couldn’t resist returning to Pistacho Coffee Brunch for breakfast. We even took a 30-minute walk instead of a taxi, just to explore the area a bit more. Once again, we were treated to amazing food and met some wonderful people. If you're staying in the region, Pistacho Coffee Brunch is a must-visit! Their coffee, smoothies, food and everything else are simply outstanding. Our favourite are carrot pancakes, just delicious 😋 We just can't get enough...

I've been a return customer for a number of times. Generally the plates are of generous portions, well presented and also tasty. The coffees are pretty big too. Prices I still believe to be fair in European standards.

My small issues with this establishment I've found to be are that the service can be slow, and at times lacking attentiveness. I've had to go to the counter to ask for salt, additional sugar, serviette etc on more than one occasion. The other instance which stands out (my last visit) is that they wouldn't cater to me by changing my order of eggs from scrambled, to fried. They were uncompromising, reason being it changes the look of the plate, in the way it is presented.

What also changed that day was my plan to have some brunch. It ended up only being a coffee, and I was out of there.

I don't think I'll be back sadly, but that is not to say others won't enjoy it, as many other reviews...

I'm sorry but I wasn't a fan of this place. I thought about going for a nice birthday breakfast but it wasn't what I expected, ending up feeling unsatisfied, hungry and almost poor. I'm not sure what all the great reviews are about, also I must say that these pictures are deceiving. I mean yes they put a lot of effort into presentation but what's the point when the food tastes bland and not up to standards? A few more points.. The cappuccinos were cold and my boyfriend had his served all spilled onto his dish underneath, the music was way out of context, the waiters were absent.. never once asked how we were doing or even came to collect the plates after we'd finished, and the prices were way too high. After feeling like this was one of the places I really had to try for a while, I definitely won't be coming back.
