I feel it’s important to post this so no one else ends up in the same situation we did. My friends and I had been visiting this place almost every day during our holiday in Tenerife, thinking it was a fun, friendly spot. For the first few days, everything seemed fine — the staff were talkative and generous, and we didn’t think twice about it. But what happened next completely changed how we saw this place.
Over the last two days, two different staff members — on two separate occasions — offered my friend “free drinks” and then tried to lead her to the back of the venue, into dark, unused rooms. Both times, once she was away from everyone else, they tried to pressure her into sexual acts. When she refused, they physically grabbed her and tried to pull her along.
The first time, she managed to get away thanks to some girls nearby who noticed what was happening and stepped in to help her. The second time, I noticed her being led off again and immediately followed — and sure enough, the same kind of situation was starting to unfold. It’s clear this is not a one-off incident but something these men have done before, using the same tactics.
They come across as friendly, charming, and attentive — but that’s all part of the act. Behind the smiles, they are manipulative and predatory. If you are a woman or part of a group of girls, do not accept free drinks, do not let them take you away from your seat, and never go anywhere with them alone.
As if that wasn’t enough, they’ve also been caught trying to overcharge people. On more than one occasion, they entered higher amounts on the card machine, hoping no one would notice. When we asked for itemized receipts to double-check our order, one of the men became defensive and rude. He refused to give us what we’d paid for and even handled ice with his bare hands out of spite, dumping it into a drink while glaring at us. It was petty and unsanitary on top of everything else.
After that, we left immediately. We didn’t feel safe for a second longer. What makes this even worse is thinking of how many other tourists — especially young women — might be walking into the same trap.
This review isn’t about a bad night out or poor service. It’s about predatory, dangerous behavior that should never happen anywhere. If you’re in Tenerife, please avoid this place completely. Tell your friends, warn others, and don’t let them go through...
Read moreI was discriminated, bullied and assaulted by the security personnel at this bar. The person on the images attached, who is a security guard in this and other places in the area, punched me in the face for no valid reason. This person, who was a security guard at a boat party I was earlier that day, insulted me and then got offended when I told him not to insult me in a polite way. Later that night, I was looking for my wallet outside Jumping Jacks, he saw me, came at me violently, threw my belongings at me and punched me in the face. I couldn't file a legal complaint because, as a tourist, it was too complicated to stay in Tenerife for a trail. Avoid this place, especially if this person is still working there.
Read moreshould have read the reviews, deffo never coming here again, felt uncertain the first time we drove past here but chose to give it a go. For some reason, our group got given a bunch of free drinks by the staff at Jumping Jacks; don't remember much after this (I can't say for certain that our group of three got spiked, but as Polish lads, we love to drink, and this was nowhere near our usual)
I came to a few hours later, ofc without my phone and nowhere near my two mates, prolly becoming the zombie other reviews talk about. I was hoping my phone was only lost, but once I regrouped with the others and heard the exact same story, I realised the phones are definitely not lost.... Pretty sure the staff help the robbers clock who has valuables (2 S23 Ultras and an iPhone 14 Pro Max got robbed). All three of us got robbed either at the same time or seperate.
EITHER WAY, AVOID THIS WHOLE STRIP LIKE THE PLAGUE - lookie lookie guys every 10 steps (we also waited 4hrs+ to put a report in at the police station for the stolen phones and wallets; Tenerife is becoming more and more anti-tourist). i would love to add some pics but.......
