We went there couple of times when we were on vacation in January.

The first time I ordered a 3 Pepper filet steak with pepper sauce and it was perfect. The meat was cooked perfectly, tender and was really flavourful.

Later we went second time and then I had the Carbonara pasta, but it was a disappointment, lacked flavours and was too watery.

Then we went again and then I had the filet steak with mushroom sauce. I ordered it rare and my friend ordered it medium rare. When the waiter brought the food to the table, she said it was cooked medium. When my friend told her he had ordered it medium rare, she said "Yes it's medium rare". Then when my friend accepted it, it was rare. When we told the manager, she offered us to take it back but we just wanted them to know. My friend said it was ok this time.

Over all a very good experience, would definitely recommend this place. I highly recommend the 3...

Came for a meal tonight, left disappointed due to freezing starters and mains.

Ordered garlic prawns and garlic bread for starters, the prawns were not fresh, coming from a fishery industry this isn’t something I can be fooled on like the general public. The “garlic bread” that we ordered came as a plain bread, that was unfortunately still frozen in the centre.

The mains we got the today’s special of fresh pasta, lobster and asparagus and the pollo Ricco (chicken in spicy sauce). The lobster itself was frozen again still in the middle and the chicken was barely warm. After making staff aware again of an issue we decided it was a good time to call it quits an try somewhere else. The staff member who was serving us also thought it was appropriate to have a chuckle about the problems, quite inappropriate.

Food was nice and a change from the norm but the service really let's this place down. Slow food to come out and the waiters need constant reminder that your looking for something as they just continue to wait another 10 tables before they get back to you again. Not just ourselves to experience this as we seen 4 other couples who looked less than impressed that they were asking again for their bill or food. Also my son did see the waiter in the toilet not wash his hands leaving, which is a little concerning since he carries the dishes... Not to say he may have before serving again but a little worrying that it wasn't automatic in the...
