I cannot believe how extremely badly I was treated in this store last month. I enquired if they stocked something and the member of staff I asked glared at me and screwed their face up like I was the most repulsive thing they had ever encountered. They didn’t answer me and I told them there was no need to treat me that way for merely asking a question. They responded by glaring at me and still screwing up their face. I was so upset by my experience that I contacted the company who have basically just palmed me off. They obviously don’t care how badly people are...

Bought a bag yesterday in this shop in tenerife. It broke on first usage today. Unhappy 8 year old!
