Arcade Shopping Center — Local services in Arona

We came here for breakfast during our stay at Park Santiago 3. The morning we came the young lady serving made a mistake and missed two items from our order. She misheard a ham and cheese crossaint and a full English breakfast. When we asked how much longer the food would be the young lady serving blamed us for her mistake and pleaded that we had not ordered these items. This is very bad customer service and we had to wait for the rest of our party to finish their food without even being offered to rectify this mistake! The rudeness became even worse, we returned on our last day for a coffee, when ordering the staff member concerned served us again and sarcastically repeated our order back to us and said are you sure you don't want 2 this time!!!
