Summerland Poolbar is a true gem! Phil and Scott are outstanding hosts, welcoming each guest with the warmest of smiles. The food here is prepared with a great deal of love and attention to detail, surpassing all expectations one might have of a poolside bar.

The Fish & Chips Friday has swiftly become legendary – a testament to their culinary prowess. It's a weekly event that one simply cannot miss. I'm immensely grateful for the hospitality shown during my visits. A heartfelt thanks to Phil and Scott for creating such a splendid atmosphere.

Have just returned home from this lovely place...1st time visiting Summerland in Los Cristianos..We Breakfast, Lunched and drank from the Pool bar everyday..Phil the new owner made us feel most welcome with his friendly and cheerful manor and with the fabulous chef Scott who makes the most fantastic meals, his presentation and attention to detail make it a must to try. The owner is a very nice person who makes this place absolutely lovable thanks to his fantastic personality and good music. Food is really good (he buys high quality meat and products) and his (strong!) cocktails are unbeatable. Long Island has become historic in Los Cristianos, I love his Cosmo and his Frozen Martini.
