Anime Ramen — Restaurant in Barcelona

Appears to be far removed from Japanese kitchen tradition and quality. The poke had warm, non-sticky, rice with your typical supermarket mixed lettuce with rasped carrots. Salmon did not appear overly fresh. Salad sauce on the side. The Ramen came with some improvised algae, completely different from the typical rights sheets that actually have taste. Then there was a rice with fried chicken dish, normally a safe choice for children, but it had some spices undetermined, quite awful taste. My little daughter and myself did not finish that. Also, we need to wait for a very long time on the small top floor, which has no windows and an air-conditioning that smells like moisture. Edit: Sure, here is a little more details why I didnt like your ramen:

First strike: the carrots. So. Many. Carrots. I wasn’t sure if I was eating ramen or battling a Namekian garden monster. Carrots shouldn’t be the main character of your broth saga — that role belongs to depth, umami, and actual flavor arcs!

Second offense: the vegan option. It cost more than the meat one. Bruh. Even Frieza wouldn’t pull a scam that evil. I didnt see any heura or mushroom which actually costs more than meat (but that wasnt my plate so correct me if I am wrong)

That said, I’m droped a 3-star review — not because the ramen earned it, but because the staff had solid energy. Friendly, attentive, and clearly...

Ya solo entrar nos han ignorado, y no es que hubiera mucha gente y no nos pudieran atender, ha sido una falta de respeto ya de primeras. Al final, tras intentar que el camarero que teníamos enfrente nos hiciera caso, hemos pedido una mesa y, tras titubear un poco, no pasan a una sala donde había un mesa libre. Ahora ya habian llenado la sala, traían platos a unos y tomaban nota a otros, a nosotras ni tan solo nos han traído las cartas, ni tan solo nos han preguntado que queríamos de beber. Lo único que han hecho es, sin consentimiento alguno, empezar a grabar la sala con la gente. Personalmente me ha resultado en una situación muy violenta, en la que me han ignorado de forma descarada y me han usado para hacer bulto y promocionar por redes sociales que tienen el local lleno. Al final, nos hemos levantado y nos hemos ido sin siquiera ser atendidas, y hemos comunicado que si graban deberían decirlo, el chico ha dicho que eso se ha dicho y se sabe, cuando en ningún momento NADIE se ha dirigido a nosotras más que para indicar donde nos podíamos sentar. Es un sitio que gana por su estética basada en el anime y por dónde está situada, atrayendo a turistas. Pero realmente, nosotras hemos recibido un trato pésimo; sintiéndonos usadas como llamamiento publicitario y menospreciadas por como nos han ignorado. Parece ser que se hacen un lavado de cara por redes para atraer a los turistas, pero al resto nos tratan así. En resumen, hay sitios mucho mejores, con un trato ya no solo más cercano, sino humano.
