Worst experience and especially service in a very long time. The waiters absolutely did not care, when we told them at the end that we were extremely disappointed. They were eliciting a rude atmosphere and surprisingly for a restaurant that “presents” itself on this level, the service was horrendous. Especially the waiter with the buzz cut, who was annoyed from the start. When we came, with a reservation, we had to wait for the menu for about 20 minutes. Then for another 20 minutes to order our drinks. When we said that we wanted to order our food, we had to repeat it 3 times, as no one came back to our table. It was obvious that the waiters were avoiding our table and not coming to it. However that was just the start. Once we ordered our drinks, we had to wait just for the first one for about 30 minutes. We were a group of seven, but we only got served one of the drinks we ordered. After 15 minutes, another drink came. The rest of the drinks, were served AFTER our food, on top of the fact that we had to repeatedly get up from our table and go to the waiters to remind them. Not even speaking about the fact that a martini was in a regular glass…. After the food came, some of it was cold, but nevertheless the portions were absolutely comical for the price. Although that was honestly the least of the concerns from the whole experience. The food was FINE, nothing special. After my friends ate their food, their drinks finally came, wow! Immediately, we asked for the check, when the waiter told us to “smile”… After this whole experience, each of us paying more than 40€ for disasterous service, and you tell us to smile? Absolutely pathetic. After telling both of the waiters, it was clear that it completely did not concern them, even though they said “sorry”. We had reservations at 22:15. earlier we could not make reservations. When we arrived, no one was there. We had no idea where to go. When we were seated, ordered a drink and wanted to order the food we asked if we could order in two rounds. This was not possible because the kitchen would close in 15 minutes. We thought this was already very strange, why could we order so late “without an end time”.

We had ordered a number of dishes including the tuna tartare. When the food arrived it was suddenly salmon tartare without telling us. These are two very different flavors so we ordered something else.

At the end we wanted an espresso martini for dessert. Suddenly the bill was placed on our table. After this I asked if we could order another dessert to which was responded why didn't you ask before? We found it very strange that we were not asked this. Unfortunately we could not order another espresso martini so we only had one drink.

When paying, the man who served us acted very irritated. We paid with a samsung phone so sometimes it can take a little longer. We asked him to wait one second. Then he had already walked away with a big sigh.

We were here to celebrate the birthday of a friend of mine. We also clearly stated this in the reservation. Many fireworks came by but unfortunately not with us. I really regret that we had to experience the service this way. We understand that the kitchen closes on time but please indicate this in the reservation, so we know in advance.

We find it very unfortunate that our evening had to go this way while we wanted to make a party of it. I would like to add that the food was delicious and the live music was great. Thank you for this. We cannot recommend the restaurant because of the terrible service...

The bar and toilets were very dirty. The food is mediocre, far from fine dining. The interior looks very cheap and claustrophobic. We had a reservation and were made to wait outside for 10 minutes for the table to be ready instead of being invited inside to the bar, or at least just inside. We were charged a minimum consumption (the min. is €35 per person which at a fine dining restaurant is a cocktail and a dessert) - this minimum consumption is not specified anywhere in their policy online. Overall a horrible experience, never again. NOT RECOMMENDED

Edit after reply from Apriori: Thank you for your reply. The reason we only ordered an ice cream was because I saw how the food looked on other people’s table. Even the pistachio ice cream we ordered, if it was fine dining, I would expect at least some pistachio nuts crumbled on top. We did not consume the minimum because the food did not look good on other people’s tables, we didn’t even finish the ice cream. I also forgot to mention that the PS Martini cocktail didn’t even come with a champagne/cava shot, so that also tells a lot about your cocktail mixology standards. The women’s toilets had urine stains all over the toilet and around, a lot actually. I wonder why you didn’t mention anything about the first treatment by your bouncer having us wait outside in the cold for 10 minutes? That would already put any customer off from...
