I wish I could give zero stars to Kave Home. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered a sofa, and when it arrived, I was appalled to find it broken and infested with mold. This is not only unprofessional but also a serious health hazard.
It's been over a month since I requested a replacement, and their team has completely failed to deliver a new sofa or pick up the old one. I've been stuck with this hazardous piece of furniture in my apartment, with no resolution in sight.
To make matters worse, their customer service is abysmal. They have consistently ignored my concerns and have shown no empathy or willingness to help. It's as if they don't care about their customers' satisfaction or well-being at all.
If you're considering buying from this store, I strongly advise against it. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a business that values its customers and offers quality products.

Their help took more than a month. Big miscommunication between them as. First the installer told us the sofa came with an error and they’ll send a new one. And then they realized that the sofa installed the wrong way.
When you buy the sofa THE L CORNER you choose should be not when you’re sitting, it should be vice versa, we wish we knew it before in this store when we were buying.
After waiting 30 days an answer; A kind lady in the store told us they will send us one piece to solve the issue and they are doing everything about it. 2 days later customer service called and said they can not do anything about it.
A bit of internal communication and quickness would have helped us.
We are buying almost everything for our house from here and love the employees in the store. But customer service is 0.
When you buy a 2000 € sofa you expect a bit of customer service.

Read moreComment and review dedicated ONLY to Abel - the store manager and his staff I already commented negatively about the experience with Kave home and that wouldnt change unless they fix all their issues online (since it seems that they had not done so for the past couple of years based on the previous negative reviews and my personal experience). But finally after weeks and weeks of desperate intents to try and receive my online order, it was thanks to the involvement of Abel personally i was able to sort things out. He has done everything in his power to get my issue solved and not only that but also followed up almost daily without me sending him anything! So, for this, he deserves to be praised because this is what a top notch store manager is!
