I wish I could give zero stars to Kave Home. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered a sofa, and when it arrived, I was appalled to find it broken and infested with mold. This is not only unprofessional but also a serious health hazard.

It's been over a month since I requested a replacement, and their team has completely failed to deliver a new sofa or pick up the old one. I've been stuck with this hazardous piece of furniture in my apartment, with no resolution in sight.

To make matters worse, their customer service is abysmal. They have consistently ignored my concerns and have shown no empathy or willingness to help. It's as if they don't care about their customers' satisfaction or well-being at all.

If you're considering buying from this store, I strongly advise against it. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a business that values its customers and offers quality products.

BE CAREFUL WITH SOFAS. The sofa which came like this is unacceptable and the customer service is not helping. All of them says different thing to us.

Their help took more than a month. Big miscommunication between them as. First the installer told us the sofa came with an error and they’ll send a new one. And then they realized that the sofa installed the wrong way.

When you buy the sofa THE L CORNER you choose should be not when you’re sitting, it should be vice versa, we wish we knew it before in this store when we were buying.

After waiting 30 days an answer; A kind lady in the store told us they will send us one piece to solve the issue and they are doing everything about it. 2 days later customer service called and said they can not do anything about it.

A bit of internal communication and quickness would have helped us.

We are buying almost everything for our house from here and love the employees in the store. But customer service is 0.

When you buy a 2000 € sofa you expect a bit of customer service.

So be careful if something not right it’s difficult to...

Comment and review dedicated ONLY to Abel - the store manager and his staff I already commented negatively about the experience with Kave home and that wouldnt change unless they fix all their issues online (since it seems that they had not done so for the past couple of years based on the previous negative reviews and my personal experience). But finally after weeks and weeks of desperate intents to try and receive my online order, it was thanks to the involvement of Abel personally i was able to sort things out. He has done everything in his power to get my issue solved and not only that but also followed up almost daily without me sending him anything! So, for this, he deserves to be praised because this is what a top notch store manager is! THANKS ABEL for your efforts and great support! if i ever buy anything from kave home again, it will be thanks to you and the good image you gave! Kave home - PLEASE IMPROVE and employ customer service and contract better...

A finales de julio acudí a la tienda de Kave Home, donde me atendió muy bien Lia y, con mucha ilusión, compré un sofá Anarela. El 6 de agosto recibí la entrega, pero para mi sorpresa el sofá venía sin montar, y al abrir las cajas descubrí que las herramientas de montaje eran de una cama y que los rellenos de los cojines pertenecían a otro modelo de sofá. Enseguida envié un correo informando de la incidencia y solo recibí un acuse de recibo. Lo verdaderamente lamentable es que no me dieron ninguna respuesta hasta pasados 12 días. Finalmente, Edda, del departamento de calidad, me respondió sin ofrecerme ninguna solución. Ante la falta de respuestas, volví a la tienda para quejarme y hablé con Sandra, quien me aseguró que había enviado un correo al departamento de calidad y que me contestarían en 1-2 días. Sin embargo, pasados 4 días seguía sin recibir respuesta, mientras yo continuaba enviando correos que quedaban sin contestar. Hace apenas dos días, tras toda esta espera y tras mi conversación con Sandra (que supuestamente ya había elevado el caso al equipo de calidad), recibí finalmente una respuesta de Edda que decía lo siguiente: “Como ya mencionamos anteriormente, hemos revisado su incidencia junto con nuestro equipo de calidad. Nos han confirmado que los rellenos del sofá Anarela son siempre un 15%-20% más grandes que las fundas, por lo que, una vez colocados en la funda, se ajustarán correctamente al sofá.” Lo más indignante es que yo ya había enviado fotografías claras en las que se ve que el relleno NO cabe en el sofá, y aun así me contestan con una explicación estándar que no tiene nada que ver con la realidad de mi caso. Mi situación actual es de frustración total: he pagado un sofá que no tengo correctamente y nadie me da una solución ni una explicación clara. La experiencia de compra ha pasado de ser ilusionante a un verdadero problema. Una marca de este nivel debería ofrecer un servicio posventa mucho más serio, responsable y comprometido con sus clientes.
