The worst food experience I've had in my whole life. Really sour end to what was otherwise a great trip to a beautiful city. Service was horrible, all the staff were on their phones constantly and eating behind the counter and on some of the other tables, very loud yelling at all times made it hard to enjoy the atmosphere.

Food took 15 minutes to arrive for one of my friends and me and my other friend had to wait 50 minutes for ours. Once it arrived it was horrendous. Both me and my friend ordered paellas and felt sick after one or two bites, The food was highly unappetizing. My friend has lived in the area for a good while and even they agree it was the worst paella they had ever eaten.

We stopped eating after a 4 or 5 spoonful's max and made our complaints known to the owner. They immediately started harassing us and then called over another patron who was incredibly rude and accusatory, saying he had eaten there for years and had never had a problem. We had said we would pay for our drinks and food we had eaten but we wouldn't pay for the paella that we had barely eaten at which point, they accused us of just not wanting to pay for our food (which again, we hadn't eaten because it was so bad). After a while, they start yelling at us in English and in Spanish.

They were so rude that they caused one of my friends to breakdown crying afterwards and one of my friends was close to the same.

Shocking. We went in for a late lunch at quarter past five. I ordered chicken nuggets, chips, and dumplings. All were very much frozen foods that they threw into a grill or pan. I finished my entire meal before my friends food arrived. I waited half an hour. They waited 50 minutes for an overcooked meal. I’ve seen some reviews and some are truly false or so old that the restaurant has improved, so i took it upon myself to write a true one. We ordered 3 dishes (chicken nuggets and fries, fried octopus legs and house noodles).
