I am a person who really do not need much to be satisfied, but today I was so disappointed like never before. I came to this place together with a family and we asked the waitress if she can speak english and she said yes. We kindly asked her to wait a second cause we didnt choose till that time. She replied with a question "one?" we realised she cannot speak English at all. When she came back we asked her what kind of beer they have (no mention of beer in a drink menu only). She did not understand and said that she will come soon. After 10 minutes I decided to go at the bar to ask about the beer selection. When I asked the bartender if he can speak English he respond : NO! with really rude kind way so I asked if anybody here can speak a he told me : SIT DOWN! I was so shocked about this respond that I tried to explain that we just want to know what kind of beer they have, but the guy once again repeated: SIT DOWN! I have never ever experience this kind of attitude especially in Spain, even they can not speak English, they are all the time really nice and understandable. Big...

Lamentablemente he de editar mi reseña previa, 23/04/25, hice una reserva dos semanas antes y un cambio de hora de cena a comida cuatro días antes puesto que suele ser un local que se llena mucho y quise avisar con tiempo, llegamos a las 16.20h (6pax) y primero me dicen que no tengo reserva, luego que si pero no tenían la mesa por lo que tuvieron que pedirle a una comensal que se moviera de su mesa para juntar esa mesa con otra y sentarnos a nosotros (tremendo), mi familia pidió la escalopa de pollo con ensaladilla rusa y patatas porque han cambiado la carta y ya no hay codillo, y guao, decepción fulminante con el plato, he quedado de piedra cuando he visto el cambio tan tremendo en la calidad de la comida, la mitad de una escalopa por plato como mucho (ni un plato infantil) seca y sin sabor, un aire de ensaladilla y unas patatas tristes ..súper lamentable que un cocinero sirva un plato así, postres se mantienen y precios previos creo tambien pero un desencanto total a las 22.12hrs me llaman para decirme que tenía reserva a las 20hrs y no había ido (reserva original cambiada a las 16.30h como expliqué antes) ... un descontrol muy notorio y una desmejora lamentable . Lo comentamos con el servicio de la tarde en el cambio de turno pero sinceramente no creo que volvamos y es triste puesto que hemos hecho celebraciones y comidas en varias ocasiones y solo con esta vez quedaron 0 ganas. Octubre 2024,- Recomendado, recomendísimo. Da mucho gusto comer aquí pero debo decir que la atención del personal es la que más destaco, muy amables y atentos. Fast service, which is absolutely essential for a lunchtime menu when you're working. Food was great, fresh and it didn't feel like it was made a long time in advance and microwaved. Can't fault that! My only criticism was that we struggled to pay and leave, as the staff seemed constantly distracted by other people, tables, orders and such.
