I recently visited a FNAC store and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. As someone who appreciates both technology and culture, I found FNAC to be a delightful blend of both worlds.
Upon entering, I was greeted by the extensive range of products. From the latest in tech gadgets to a vast collection of books and music, FNAC truly caters to a wide array of interests. The layout of the store was thoughtfully organized, making it easy to navigate through different sections.
One of the highlights was the electronics section. I was impressed by the variety of products, from cutting-edge laptops to an array of smartphones and accessories. The staff in this section were knowledgeable and eager to help, providing insights and answering questions without being too pushy, which I appreciated.
The cultural section of the store was equally impressive. The book aisles were well-stocked with both bestsellers and niche genres, and I loved the cozy ambiance that invited browsing. The music and movie sections had a good mix of popular and indie titles, appealing to diverse tastes.
FNAC's commitment to cultural events is commendable. Although there was no event during my visit, the promotional materials showcased an exciting calendar of upcoming book signings and music events, which adds a unique dimension to the shopping experience.
While the overall experience was positive, I did notice that some items were priced slightly higher compared to other retailers, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. However, the membership program offers some enticing discounts, which can offset this issue for regular shoppers.
In conclusion, FNAC offers a vibrant and engaging shopping experience, especially for those who have a keen interest in technology and culture. It's more than just a store; it's a destination for discovery and enjoyment. A solid 4-star rating for a well-rounded...

I get home and my wife didn't liked it so I decided to change this phone with another one, ONLY THAT when I get back to FNAC THEY TOLD ME THAT I LOST MY WARRANTY BECAUSE THE PHONE BOX WAS OPENED!!! But it was opened by them to intall the screen protection.
So I asked them what to do in this situation and I was told to make it a gift to someone if I don't like it! So Unprofessional!
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!
First they LIED because the discount it was available after a week!
Second even if they installed the screen protection they told me that I lost my warranty!!!!
Third I was there with the phone told them that I don't even opened the phone( so basically I didn't opened it so it...
Read moreI've been in two of these stores today. The one in the Arenas had very few customers and even fewer customer service personnel. It was 1300 and I stood for twenty minutes waiting for ANYONE to acknowledge me. Went to a desk nearby with 2 employees and no customers. I asked for help with the TV's and I was told to go wait at the blue desk. Walked to the front of the store and saw no blue desk. I stood in a line with 3 people in front of me. One employee was working the desk while one stood nearby on her phone. After another 15 minutes of waiting in line, I left. At 1800, I went into the L'illa Diagonal location. Same damn experience. I went there to spend around 3000 euro on a big TV, laptop and printer. This chain will never see any money from me. Customer service managers, if they have those in Barcelona, need to be fired....
