This hotpot restaurant is absolutely worth recommending! From the moment we walked in, the warm and friendly service made us feel right at home. The environment was clean and well-organized, with a stylish yet cozy interior — perfect for gatherings with friends or family.

The ingredients were incredibly fresh. The meat was sliced to the perfect thickness, with beautiful marbling — especially the hand-cut beef and snowflake wagyu, which practically melted in the mouth. The seafood selection was another highlight — live shrimp and shellfish were all clean and deliciously sweet.

There were many soup base options. We chose the classic twin pot: the spicy side was aromatic and flavorful without being overly harsh — the kind of heat that keeps you coming back for more. The mushroom broth on the other side was light and savory, perfect for cooking vegetables and tofu.

The sauce station was thoughtfully prepared, with a wide range of ingredients including several house-made blends. I highly recommend trying their signature dry spice mix paired with peanut sauce — it was incredibly appetizing!

The service was also top-notch. Staff were attentive, frequently checking in, refilling soup bases, and helping with anything we needed — a truly five-star experience.

While the experience was overall good, it was muddied by a couple of factors that really brought it down for us.

The food is good, but a bit too expensive for what it is. Service was... of varying quality. One of the waitresses was very accommodating and gentle, while others were extremely dry and dismissive.

The atmosphere was good, that I'll give, no complaints.

However... there was an insect in the soup base they gave us, and when we pointed it out they just dismissed us.

Additionally, this is the only hot pot place I've seen in which they charge you for the sauces. And not only for access to them, but for every sauce bowl you decide to get. That's flabbergasting, I haven't seen that happen in any other place.

That combined with the already inflated prices and the quality variation in the service made it so that I probably wouldn't visit this place again.
