After 4 days in madrid trying spanish food I visited Aljaima 2 times while in Barcelona and was pleasantly surprised by the authentic flavors and cozy atmosphere. We tried hummus, chicken shawarma ,grilled tawook, chicken beriani, fattet laban, batata harra, loubye bzeit , moutabbal, tabboule, arayes jebneh and warak enab bzeit all was so so yummy The staff was extra friendly (Ali and Eugen were so nice and they speak a bit arabic as well which was so cute) and the ambiance was cozyy Met the owner as well, he was so welcoming and friendly They even gave us complimentary baklava at the end it made the whole experience feel extra warm 😍😍 I would definitely recommend if you’re craving Lebanese food in the city.

I lost count how many times me and my husband visited this restaurant because the vibes and hospitality were a 10/10. The staff were so friendly, and they could speak English, Arabic, Spanish and one of them either Punjabi or Urdu, the food was AMAZING and over exceeded my expectations as not many chefs can cook Lebanese food and put in the right flavours. The portions were perfectly proportionate. Al-Jaima (pronounced al-khaima) means ‘the tent’ in Arabic, and they did really well to make the interior feel like you’re in a fancy tent but without taking the restaurant feel away from it 🙌🏼 I wish I could take this restaurant back to the UK with me as I could honestly eat their food everyday

We had a lovely experience at charming Lebanese spot in Barcelona. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with gentle music. We ordered tea, dessert, and shisha, and each one was excellent. The tea was fragrant and perfectly brewed, served in traditional style that made it feel extra special. The dessert was fresh and flavorful. The shisha was smooth, well-prepared, and lasted the whole time we sat. Service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Ali made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for a laid-back spot to enjoy authentic Lebanese flavors, relax with shisha, and watch the world go by, We’ll definitely be coming back.

Otro punto a favor.

If you’re looking for the best Lebanese food in Barcelona, Al Jaima is the place to go! The food is absolutely amazing, from the juicy shish tawook to the flavorful kofta—everything is grilled to perfection. The appetizers are just as impressive, with creamy hummus, smoky moutabal, crispy kibbeh, and freshly baked grilled pita bread that pairs perfectly with every bite.

Not only is the food top-notch, but the hospitality is incredible. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the owner goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The atmosphere is cozy, and they also serve great shisha, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy an authentic Lebanese experience.

Highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious Lebanese cuisine with outstanding service! Can’t wait...

The service wasn't that great. The waiters were nice but the boss/owner was arrogant and didn't care about our service untill he noticed most of the group was arabic, then he started becoming awkward and he was talking to my girlfriend normally untill he realized she's trans and then he started treating her as a man. The type of clients aren't the type of people i'd be around specially that the table in front of us were staring and gossiping about us since we entered till we left and they were playing loud music from their phone and nobody told them to stop! The food was to little, we are from the middle east and we never saw a restaurant that only put two warak enab in a plate. After ordering a lot of things we left the restaurant with both our wallets and our...
