Burger King — Restaurant in Barcelona

The worst Burger King ever... You can't imagine how you waste your time waiting for untalented and absent employees. They don't care about the clients. They even don't look at you and prefer to talk to each other.

After a long while I was lucky to place my order. It was a Caesar Salad. I got instead of it a Mexican Salad. Then I told them that should be with Parmesan and croutons. They took the Mexican salad, added the Parmesan and dried onions and told me to come to the counter again to take their 'corrected' version.

I have also ordered a tropical smoothie and they fixed me after ages after I finished eating my salad a strawberry frappé with cream. The service girl told me again to come over and take the stuff. Oh my god I said. I don't eat cream. I ordered something else. 'No comprende' That was for me the red sign to leave the location asap. Never again would I get into...

We went here last week, and if I could rate without giving any stars, I would. First of all, this was the first time I had to wait for almost 20 minutes at a fast food restaurant. When we entered, it was already a mess. The employees were too slow and didn't even care if there was a customer who wanted to pay by cash. They were just flirting with their co-workers. All of them were in the kitchen, chatting and ignoring the customers. It was so annoying because there were many customers, and they were just chilling as if no one needed attention. Every time I have been there, I have ordered and pressed Cola Zero Zero (zero sugar, zero caffeine). However, it turns out anytime you press cola Zero zero on the machine, which I need it to be Zero caffeine, it is fully caffeinated.

It is a big problem are you drink a glass full of this coke at night and there is no way one can sleep.

I have talked to many people with the same experience. It is a shame as you never get what you order and need. It is totally unacceptable.

PLEASE FIX THIS and give the customers the value they pay for.
