Visiting Caju is not just about indulging in gelato; it’s an experience that transports you to a realm of culinary delight, thanks to its incredible owner, who I can only describe as the Willy Wonka of gelato. In a world where vegan options often feel like an afterthought, Caju stands out as a beacon of creativity and passion. The owner, a true master of his craft, has managed to revolutionize the way we think about gelato, proving that vegan options can not only match but surpass their traditional counterparts in flavor, texture, and overall satisfaction.

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying gelato in Italy, the heartland of this frozen delicacy, and I can confidently say that nothing I’ve tried comes close to the exquisite creations at Caju. Each flavor is a masterpiece, bursting with depth, intensity, and a clear reflection of the love and dedication poured into its creation. The variety is astonishing, with innovative flavors that challenge your taste buds in the best way possible.

What makes Caju even more remarkable is its commitment to being vegan without compromise. The gelato here is creamy, rich, and utterly decadent, proving that indulgence and plant-based eating can go hand in hand. The owner’s genius lies not only in his ability to craft such extraordinary flavors but also in his dedication to sustainability and ethical eating.

In conclusion, Caju is more than just a gelato shop; it’s a destination for anyone seeking a truly unparalleled gastronomic adventure. The owner’s passion for gelato shines brightly in every scoop, making each visit a memorable journey of taste and innovation. Whether you’re vegan or simply a lover of exquisite desserts, Caju is a must-visit. Prepare to be amazed, delighted, and utterly convinced that you’ve discovered the pinnacle of...

The owner Pablo is a mastermind and a gentleman. This gelato place should be globally known.

The experience was a revelation, especially for someone like me who typically isn't drawn to vegan or dairy-free desserts. What stunned me was the fact that these creamy delights were entirely vegan! The richness and creaminess were so on point that I couldn't believe it was dairy-free. It shattered my preconceptions about vegan desserts, proving that exceptional taste knows no boundaries. Pablo has truly mastered the art of crafting vegan gelato that rivals, if not surpasses, its dairy counterparts.

Indulging in the delights of this vegan gelato place was an unforgettable experience. From the first spoonful, I was transported by the creamy texture and vibrant flavors. The banana gelato was a delightful blend of sweetness, while the chocolate offered a rich, decadent taste that pleased my palate. The peanut flavor was an indulgent nutty delight, and the apple pie gelato was a comforting combination of fruity freshness and warm spices. Each serving felt like a symphony of taste, leaving me captivated by the sheer creativity and perfection of these dairy-free delights. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone seeking a divine and guilt-free...

I took notice that all the reviews for Caju were all fantastic, since I’ve kept lists of my favorite Gelato places in various cities in Spain and Italy I decided to give this place a try on a four day stop over in Barcelona on my way to doing the Camino, not bragging, but for my 3rd time. So on the first day I tasted Gelato at Caju with my first time friend Ken. The next day I brought back my son, Jason and our next two walking companions Chris and Barbie. And, yes we returned the next day. I’m very picky when it comes to Gelato tasting in a Barcelona, my 9 th visit, but kept coming back because it was FaNTaSTiC!!! The Gelato and young man and two girls were very into creating the best flavors were artists. Try any flavor for its unique twist that they give it. Mint and Pistachio were to die for…. Today, our last, I asked our guide where was the best Gelato she told me that back by the church where the bomb hit and killed all those children, well we went and walked away only wishing we should have...

As dairy is not a problem for me, I generally avoid vegan desserts, but I dragged my family past numerous gelato shops to come to CAJÚ gelato because of its high rating and the clean design in some photos. And it was worth every bit of effort and then some. The flavors are balanced and full, and I had a difficult time deciding even after sampling a few flavors but settled on the Chocolate Lot Amazonas and Pistacho Siciliano. So good! To my surprise I could not tell that milk was absent. Lucky to come early in the season as it will be busy in the summer. Pablo was there when we visited and his passion and study of the art and science of gelato was evident, I think he has some modernist tendencies and I expect more great things to come from CAJÚ gelato!
