A very local Catalonian restaurant with home-style cooking that caters well to locals, but also a great place for foreigners to try Catalonian food. The menu (available by QR code) is short and focused and the food presents relatively simple and delicious authentic flavours. There's also quite a lot of Catalonian desserts available though there's no written menu for them (the wait person will go through them with you verbally).

The walls are plastered with local Catalonian memorabilia and photos giving a great ambience and to help you feel like you're eating at a local but modern establishment.

We are beyond excited that we found this place! The friendliest restaurant we've been to in Barcelona! It was awesome getting to try Catalan food, the waiter was SO helpful and kind (he started by asking if we would like him to speak to us in Catalan or English...so genuine and welcoming!), and we had a great time overall! It was quite easy to order. Everything we tried was new to us and so tasty! We tried the leeks (the best of my life!), croquets (2 of each flavor), and gorgonzola cheese appetizer. This place is a chef's kiss emoji and you should plan on visiting if you'd like to treat yourself to some of surprisingly fine dishes. This place is cozy and somewhat was a hidden gem because it doesn't look like much from the outside nor on the inside, but the food is amazing. Chickpeas blood sausage and bacon, yum, sardines and other fish, yum, and lengua cow tongue, all yum plus they only stock the fancy bottles of flat water served in a wine glass.
