Really disappointing service. We walked in to have a quick pizza with friends visiting from abroad. I was raving about the pizzas as I order them regularly but what for embarrassing experience! First we were kind of ignored no hello no nada, then got pointed to two tables at the door, fair enough we had no reservation but the restaurant was empty. We sat for 10 minutes no menu was given. I walked up to the bar to ask for it and was told by a girl with snarky disrespectful attitude if I don’t have phone??? There is a code! I said we have only one, which already is crazy that I have to justify to an inform the girl working in the restaurant the amount of phones we carry with us!! I can’t believe I had to have 5 min conversation about phones or menus, walking to a restaurant, which should give you one?!!! The conversation got heated!!! I mean what do you need to do to eat a pizza nowadays is new...

The pizza-dough was amazing and the pizza honestly looked so good, but once we tried it, we all agreed: there was barely any tuna fish on it and the sauce tasted like nothing. I had seriously never tried a tomato-sauce that tasted like nothing before. How does one even achieve that? That was so disappointing, as the pizza looked exactly like it should, but I'm not paying 14€ to look at it, but to taste something.

The fried calamari were good, but I had to ask thrice for a lemon slice and a sauce to dip them into, which was quite annoying. Also, when we asked for the check, we had to wait a while.

Another thing you should know before you go: you can't order pasta after 4pm.

(This has nothing to do with the food, but the bathrooms downstairs were really disgusting, because of all the nasty stuff that's written on the wall. I felt like I...

Nice looking location with great service. However, the pizza was maybe a 2 out of 10. Great tasting crust (outer edge) however the inside (center of pizza was so thin and soaking wet and not cooked) ( if the crust wouldn't have been pushed so far out to edges there would have been plenty to make a better center crust. Sauce was from a can and flavorless. The 6 pieces of Pepperoni were like small cut up hot dogs....some ice cold others nearly burnt to a crisp. We also had the Al Capone pizza which was also severely undercooked and wet in the center. Not much flavor with the exception of the onions which were great. Follow me for more uncompensated reviews of everyday places.

I am moved to tears!! Honestly the margherita matches the one I usually eat in Rome. The tomato was delicious, the dough was quality and so was the mozzarella, you can see they take this business and Art seriously. We also tried the John Sparrowgo and it was sublime. This time was a quick bite but we will be back! I also want to say that I loved the service, very attentive and kind and the open kitchen is a nice touch for a nerd like myself who likes to see who prepares the food. Grazie ragazzi for keeping the faith in good pizza alive!
