Went to visit today, the female server was rude to us as soon as she heard me speak English. She made us switch the table we were sitting at and sit at a different one on the side that was wobbly! Another couple came and she let them sit there without a reservation (they spoke Spanish) Mind you this was no special table. She left us and didn’t even take my order even though I said we were ready to order. We waited for someone else to pay us any attention and to let us switch to a more stable one, which didn’t happen and they put some paper under it. They brought us a broken glass + we ordered without ice and they brought us with ice. Food was okayish but service leaves to wish for betters. If foreigners aren’t welcome to visit just say so. I cannot recommend this place - more a warning not to go there. We didn't felt welcomed as we came in, these guys were really unfriendly. They wanted us to leave as fast as possible. What made it even worse: the bill was 74€ and although the service was really terrible we gave them some tipp. The waiter grabbed another 10€ from the plate saying "it's ok?" I followed him and asked him to give me our money back.. he was trying to tell me that he didn't understand. I call it: betraying. Never again and pls be ahead an check the money you are getting back...

Vivimos cerca y llevamos años yendo a este restaurante. La comida es correcta, pero el servicio es pésimo. ¡Debe mejorar de inmediato! Hace 15 días fuimos por última vez. Éramos una familia de 12 personas (abuelos, padres y nietos) celebrando un cumpleaños con previa reserva telefónica cinco días antes. Su error fue aceptar un domingo a mediodía 4 reservas a la vez de grupos grandes. El caos era tal que para montar las últimas mesas por llegar, les faltaban sillas y mesas disponibles. Unos clientes tuvieron que levantarse sin comer, puesto que necesitaban su mesa para el montaje de las mesas grandes. Tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos para que nos tomaran nota y otros 20 minutos en recibir las bebidas. Avisamos por teléfono de que íbamos con un cochecito de bebé y al llegar no teníamos espacio donde dejarlo ni había espacio para pasar entre las mesas. Nada mas empezar el servicio de comida (13.30h) no quedaba jabón ni papel para secarse las manos en los baños. Los suelos y las esquinas de los baños y del local estan muy muy sucios. Para colmo, el personal es lento, poco resolutivo y con malas caras. Al terminar la comida tuve que pedir tres veces que nos trajeran el pastel de cumpleaños que habíamos traído ya que se olvidaron de traerlo antes y por poco los comensales se van sin provarlo. Repito: la comida es aceptable. Buenas croquetas de jamón ibérico, correctas bravas, rica pasta a la carbonara, pizza con jamón ibérico muy buena y creps aceptables. Pero señores encargados, ¡ el servicio debe mejorar de inmediato! La mala atención hace tiempo que se repite. Por ahora...
